It is always pretty crowded in here since it is combined with a chick-fil-a so not the best place to go for a quiet coffee. Because so many people do frequent here it seems like they are always out of something which can be kind of disappointing. Other than that though the staff is always nice and everything comes out in a timely manner. They also support Boost so if you are in a rush you can order ahead and have it waiting for pickup when you get there which can be very helpful.

Good place to study. Some comfy chairs, good tables, and pleasant views. Music is good but a little loud.

Delicious coffee, piping hot, with tasty, but pricy menu items. Busy place, especially when exams are looming. Their hours have improved, but call ahead if you are stopping by in the summer or winter as hours are influenced by UMBC's academic calendar. Accessible entrances include the double door vestibule, as well as through the main entrance of the UC on the ground floor, (make a left, proceed past the campus card desk and the accessible entrance is on the left with an assisted door. Accessible restrooms are located on all three floors, and the host building has one public elevator, which connects to the third floor entrance, facing the Engineering Building. Consult UMBC's maps page for additional accessible route information.

The service is a bit slow due to them having only two registers yet having thousands of eager college students wanting their hot delicious Starbucks Coffee. The baristas are very nice and will get your order completed as quickly as they can. If you are a student you can use your "Flex" cash or "Mealplan ($5.80)" to pay for your drinks and food. They are open Monday-Friday and Sunday (but sadly they are closed Saturday). Overall I have had a great experience every time I go to UMBC's Starbucks...

BARISTA BRAD. He was friendly and willing to listen to my ridiculous questions and requests. He was welcoming even though I came in tonight 30 minutes before closing. I appreciate him a lot as I am a cafe employee myself who gets the struggle. Hes good and the drinks are good too. Made me a purple drink.

Yes it's on a college campus, yes its meant for college students, it does take a few extra minutes at certain times in the day but the staff is always amazing and the drinks are always good.

It's nice to have starbucks in a campus. However, the order line often takes more than expected.

For the volume this store has to deal with on a regular basis, they are surprisingly quick at churning out drinks without compromising quality.

Quick Service for such a tiny little Starbucks that only has a few people working at a time, always has a long line because of the campus traffic

Located in the center of various academic buildings and right next to Chick-fil-A. Staff is very friendly.
