This place is a must! Perfect for a date night or just a casual night out! Impeccable menu and not to mention the staff is AMAZING. Welcome them to the neighborhood by stopping in and having a meal with a great glass of wine or beer!

La Buca Di Marco is amazing!!! First off, Marco is simply the best! He makes it a point to come out and talk at all of his customers which is something that is so appreciated. He really makes everyone feel like they are part of a family eating his amazing creations. The food is absolutely delicious. I’m addicted to the cherry tomato pasta and my folks love the meat lasagna. I highly recommend the desserts! Be sure to stop by soon!

What a delightful surprise! Our first time there tonight but definitely not the last! A varied wine list and an eclectic menu. Great appetizer and charcuterie choices. We had an inexpensive but very nice bottle of Italian wine and delicious food, I wanted a little something sweet at the end and I asked if I could have just a scoop of blood orange gelato, which was part of a larger dessert. The chef obliged and it was perfect.

I had some really good food here and I don’t say that often. Wonderful pear and raspberry salad and halibut cooked perfectly served with winter veggies. On top on that I had two different white wines, a glass each, from an interesting wine list.

Very tasty and authentic Italian fare, and very attentive and friendly staff, the chef came out to hang with us and chat. Definitely one of Bmore‘s hidden gems!

Very friendly staff and the atmosphere was great. Beer and wine selection was new and unfamiliar to me but the bartender matched my taste to their selections. Crab cake was tremendous and the flank steak was tender and terrific. An unusual desert suggested by the Executive Chef finished our dining experience with us looking forward to going back. Very enjoyable evening.

Tasty food, really nice space, not too big, not too small. Beautiful bar, and Malcolm and staff are very friendly. Go before they get so popular you can't talk to them! (And then go again!)

We happened upon this bar after a day at Hopkins and I'm glad we did! With a great wine list, delicious food and fantastic atmosphere, you really can't go wrong. I will say that the prices are a tad higher than we all are used to paying in bmore, but the quality of the food is well worth it! I would return here in a heartbeat! Don't forget to try the fried brussel sprouts with pork belly and a touch of honey and salt, you will not regret it. Shout out to Ian, such a great bartender and gracious host! Update!!!!! summer of 2017 for the picture! Pheasant fritters (top right) the most amazing Brussels sprouts (bottom) and lobster fingers (top left).

The food was delicious and everything was well executed. My only recommendation is adding liquor, I think they would make great cocktails.

Great little neighborhood spot with large open windows and high seats on a cool night. I got the lobster tempura bites with frites, and it was actually very filling for a small plate. The menu is a bit pricey and they only serve wine and beer, but it's a great date spot.

Went to last night's Troegs Beer Pairing Dinner. Chef Jesse, an amazing chef could have not created a better pairing for this special dinner. I normally go to wine dinners and this was actually my first beer dinner. Troegs is located near Hershey, PA and I would recommend you visit their Brewery. All of the beers/ales paired were excellent. Micro-brew heaven. Back to Butcher Hill Society. I have been here now twice and I can tell you this place is really amazing. This beer and wine only locals bar is just fantastic. Bar managers Ashley and Mark do a great job selecting unique beers and wine for the fantastic food Chef Jesse prepares. This place is a true Foodies paradise.

The most delicious place in Baltimore, fortunately very conveniently located! Rotating seasonal menu- I've never had anything here that I didnt LOVE and it's all super affordable. Sometimes I stop by their market on the way to work. They have sandwiches and the most delicious pastries. The also sell wine and beer (even on Sundays). And all of these things are discounted for hopkins ID's.... That's right! Discounted wine and beer! (Where else does this exist in the world?)

This is my new neighborhood bar. Interesting, reasonably priced wine list (Note: beer and wine license only); good, somewhat innovative food; really nice folk. Great place.

Such a great place and right down the street from Hopkins! Great beers, and Tuesdays is $2 off all drafts! Not a huge menu, but what they do, they do it RIGHT! SO GOOD!

I wanted to order so many things! The whole menu looked delicious. The brussel sprouts were heavenly with a sticky sweet and salty glaze.

Nice little bar in the Butcher's Hill neighborhood. Good food, good beer. Pricey, but that is what you should expect from the area.
