Did they hire a new manager? Place seems completely different. Great job!
Every employee I've came in contact with was very kind and polite the food was always hot well portioned servings and reasonable prices !!
The food is good quality. You receive good portions and tasty flavors. But the downside is that you often have to wait because the food isn't immediately ready. Also, they don't always have the accurate dipping sauces. And the people are friendly and courteous depending on what time you go. Nice people at night. Semi-decent people during the day.
I went through the drive-throigh to place my order. I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal; half mild, half spicy, mashed potatoes and gravy and a large red beans and rice. I got home with my order to find that I was missing the red beans and rice. In addition, my chicken included only 2 pieces mild, the rest were spicy.
I did call the restaurant about the missing red beans and rice, and they offered me the ability to go back and get them at another time.
The chicken and potatoes were very good.
I had to wait 8 minutes, but the sandwich was awesome.
3 stars was for the food quality ...

After an initial order , then correction of the order, had the Boss and I enjoying chicken like only Popeye's can make it.
As helpful as the Manager was ,I think that the other staff may need some education on people skills.
....and seriously.....charging for a condiment seems flawed. Especially since I DO use ranch on my fried chicken. It doesn't matter if it was a thigh or tenders.... refusal of a request, except to charge me for it, may have you losing a customer.

Fast-friendly wait staff and the chicken is very moist and delicious you'll enjoy it and if not I apologize but if you tell them original it's going to turn out to be crispy mild but the madness doesn't put a burn in your mouth like some mild foods this is actually good mild either way it's delicious again
We couldn't give it five stars because the Popeyes app dropped the ball and cost us over 40 min trying to resolve the issue. The manager, Myra, of this Brooklyn MD location is the redeeming reason this is a 4-star review and not a 1-star. The app took our order and payment and confirmed the correct store. Upon arrival for pick-up, 20+ min beyond the posted pick-up time, the order was not ready, it was not reflected in the online queue for the store. The manager tried to resolve it from her end, as did we via the app support process, all without success. We were nearly done with Popeyes for good. We eventually submitted for refund online and happened to have just enough cash (within $1) to cover the order placed with a managers discount provided. It was an order for 4 hungry adults so a good chunk of change.
Deleted the app after a refund was processed online a day or so later. The app sucks but at least they have enough sense to employ good managers.
