Good pizza. Pick up is usually the move. One minor issue I had with a previous pizza. The green peppers were still raw and not cooked all the way through. I just removed them, a little annoying when the pizza is filled with them, minor human error. Appreciate you guys.
I enjoy going to this place. When I go, I follow the tracker and it's very accurate. When I get there, my food is coming straight out of the oven, so it's very hot. Never dealt with any rude employees.
Staying at Hampton inn up the street. Ordered online and the order never went past “prep”. No active phone number to call. UPDATE: I went to get my pizza, this store is severely understaffed and the 2 people on duty are doing there best. Changed from a 1 star to a 4

Let me tell you.. The male night manager over there works his butt off! They were so crowded tonight and the orders just kept coming. Although some of the orders were wrong (missing items, wrong food etc.) He was on top of it! That gentleman was trying to steer every single employee there in the right direction at all times! That is what you call a manager! He was very friendly and very helpful. All the staff over there are pretty friendly. Even though a bunch of orders were wrong, he fixed them all as fast as he could. I was especially impressed with how he handled a grumpy older man yelling and putting his fingers in his cashier's face when the worker was just trying to be as helpful as possible. The manager handled the situation professionally in my opinion. He also had his employees cleaning and disinfecting EVERYTHING as soon as there was a break between the crowds tonight.
Honestly, I'd give them 5 stars in a heart beat if there weren't so many wrong orders. It causes our food to be not so fresh by the time we get home to eat after waiting for the other parts to be fixed.
Other than that, the food is always good, hot and fresh! Even when the order isn't right. The staff are friendly, helpful and pretty patient in the chaos of a Friday night. They also have an excellent leader guiding them when they're overwhelmed. Overall I definitely recommend this Domino's for sure!
Always receive good customer service. Pizza is always hot and right. Today Jeremy came out with my pizza quickly while also delivering someone else’s.
I was kinda disappointed they couldn’t deliver to me, but I went to pick it up anyways. Once I arrive the staff is very friendly. I believe you just have to be patient since they seem low staffed (as everywhere else is these days) they make very good pizza at this location and the lady and man working today were very genuine.
AWESOME! Not sure why anyone would have rated this store poorly. The staff is friendly, the food well prepared in a clean environment. Tyneshia (store manager) ensures her team is laser focused on delivering exactly what you ordered; ontime and delicious. Keep up the great work.
Pizza was amazing, thanks guys for doing such a good job and always done in a timely manner..PJ and the receptionist that answered the phone are so pleasant and make ordering a great experience.
Ordered pizza from here. There was a problem with the order. The app added bacon but I don’t eat pork. Told the server and learned the pizza was already in the oven. When they heard my problems, they make another one for me.
Paid for 4 pizzas and only received 3. The delivery person (Matt) was pretty nice and when I called the store the lady on the phone explained that she did in fact make 4 pizzas but Matt must have given someone else and extra pizza.
My pizza is being remade and delivered to me again.
I was so ready to give them 5 stars because I have been ordering for months and the pizza is always good. Today they did not give me thin crust that I ordered. I am disappointed because I love the thin crust. I called and the manager Angel was very polite and gave me a credit so I'm not mad. Things happen and this is the first time. I must say I was shocked to see all the negative reviews with 1 star. This has turned into my go to spot when I want pizza. Missing my thin crust!! She did offer to resend thin crust but that would take too long. I will order here again.
