We've celebrated a few birthdays here. The service here is pretty good most of the time. I'm really in love with this place. Not only the food makes you fall for this place, but also the amazingly helpful and polite staff does that.
This restaurant is a great place to eat. Of all fast food establishments, I believe that this is the best value.
I ordered a "$5 Fill Up". I was supposed to get a biscuit, mashed potatoes and gravy, cookie, and 3 chicken tenders. They gave me 4 chicken tenders though.
The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the staff were behind bullet-proof glass.
Staff is friendly. Unfortunately (due to the neighborhood) they have up a thick piece of plexiglass between you and the cashier. Other than that; my food was hot and full of flavor.
Great customer service. MGR polite and helpful. Best Chicken Pot Pies! Baked brown & tasty w/Thick Crust. Enjoy.

I love this mom and pop shop. It's owned by an elderly gentleman named "Colonel Sanders". Never met the guy but by the pictures, seems like an pretty elderly gentleman. They have a family recipe of secret herbs and spices that they've been touting for years. Love the decor they have at the place. It looks like fast food but don't let that fool you from having down home experience. It's a well guarded place especially at the ordering windows. I guess the colonel isn't messing around when it comes to protecting his chicken and the recipe. I bet he brings in the chicken from the farm every morning too. You can't expect freshness like that anywhere else, especially at such a low price. Seriously, how do they go farm to table so cheap?! Only at a local non-chain restaurant like KFC. The people of Kentucky are really missing out on this great chicken but we sure are glad that the colonel brought the chicken here. If you're looking for top of the line, fresh, and home like dining experience, this is the spot for you. Make sure to try their mashed potato bowl. How they come up with something so genius, I have no idea! Hurrying grab the chicken before it runs out! I haven't had a chance to meet the head chef yet but if you're seeing this, don't worry, I can tell your taking the colonel's recipes places! You could be nationwide someday, who knows?! Superb dining experience.
Staff were very friendly, food was what you expect. Wait time was a little longer than you'd expect for a Monday night, but overall pretty solid showing.

I don't like packed places. This place is never busy. Just how I like it. Food is not cold. I do think some of the Employees need to have better attitude.

Food was hot and fresh... would have gave 5 stars but she forgot to put napkins in the bag.
Food was great even though it looked slow and the girl in drive thru was very nice!
Busy but always professional and friendly. Last order tasted like Grandma made it. Yummy!
