We had a very nice meal at the Hops House 99. Our server Drake was wonderful and the service was spot on. I enjoyed the salmon which was cooked perfectly. I would suggest visiting the Hops House especially if you plan to gamble at the Casino

Conveniently located between the hotel and casino. Great price point and food portions are decent. Decor is very inviting and spacious. Staff is friendly (Eric is very helpful and knows his customers) Was a little disappointed in the scampi sauce but still edible. Will definitely be back.

Our meal of steak, baked potato, and steamed vegetables was tender and flavorful. An excellent meal made even better by Mel our knowledgeable, personable, and efficient server. We went back for a breakfast of eggs, ham, and home fries and another visit wirh Mel. FYI, if you need gluten free, she is also well versed in safe options.

For being a pub/tap room in a casino this was a nice place. It was nice and open, so you aren’t on top of each other. The seats were comfortable (at least at the bar) and there was a good view to see the TVs to watch sports and since I was there on a Sunday it was football day. Being from Seattle it was a bit strange being surrounded by Patriot fans (still can’t get over Super Bowl 49 – not really). Service was friendly and really on top of things and I really never had to ask for things they were a head of the game. The walls had large replicas of beer labels which added to the overall atmosphere. I did like the beer barrels over the entrance. They do advertise $9 flights and have a beer of the day special. (The day I was there it was Honey brown for $4.99) They also have a monthly feature brewery. Had a selection of local beers, feel they could have had a few more, but the Sebago Frye’s Leap IPA was a good IPA. It had a nice clean, slightly bitter finish without the citrus notes; like the original IPA’s. Good selection of food on their menu. I did see a number of dishes come out and they looked tasty and the burger I had was good and juicy and cooked they was I asked. I also had their clam chowder and it was tasty and the great thing was it had a thin roux, unlike what I normally have. It had a good clam to bacon mix and I would recommend it. For a pub in a casino I would recommend it just to check out out and not even gamble.

Service is a dying concept. However, Mel and her trainee were exemplary examples of what customer service in a dining atmosphere should be. I see why Mel is responsible for training people. She was able to accommodate our party of five by moving some tables around. She was personable and engaged in more than "waitress talk." Food was a little pricy but good nonetheless. Would skip on nachos next time due to lack of toppings. Excellent experience.

I have been coming here for many years but this is my first review. As a pulled pork fanatic I can say that the pulled pork I had tonight at Hops House was one of the best I had ever eaten. Eric the waiter / bar tender/ hostess is a man of at hats and doesn’t ever slow down. He multitasks better than most I have ever seen. He is always very professional with a great attitude.

Excellent food and awesome service! Eric and Donna were awesome while I was staying at the hotel for work for a few days. They made you feel welcomed and like you were their only table regardless of how busy they were. The menu might have been simple but the food was delicious, and I didn’t need to leave the building! I will certainly return.

Easy-going and laid-back staff. They were very friendly and helpful with any questions I or my group had. Food came out rather quick and was seasoned and cooked well. They had a good selection of beers both local and the standards.
