It's a decent Chinese takeout place. Food is good, and service is fair.
There are some tables and chairs, so you can sit down and eat your food if there's any empty seat. Food is served in a takeout container (photos). Among many expensive eateries and restaurants in Bar Harbor, this is one of a few reasonable choices of eatery for sure. Closed on Sunday & Monday.
I was a bit concerned when I read some of the reviews saying the food was not as good as I had hoped. But I found the food quite acceptable and tasty. It is true, that it's basically only takeout, however, you can eat at their tables. The owner said they simply have trouble keeping staff and therefore they cannot wait the tables. We were served in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which is just fine. There were not very many guests so we had a great environment for chatting. The place was clean, and prices very reasonable. That is hard to find in Bar Harbor!
General Tso’s chicken was sooooo amazing taste. Cantonese seafood fried noodle was great too. Taste wise, it was five stars. I am sure I will be back especially for general tso’s chicken. Their sauce was amazing.

Good food, fast service & The Seafood Rice Noodle Soup & Ginger Fried Rice was my fav. Was extremely surprised to find a Chinese restaurant in Bar Harbor, Maine
Good Chinese food. The food quality is about what you would expect for a Chinese restaurant in the US. I recommend the cashew chicken. They added plenty of cashews! Also, ask for extra spice, not just spicy.
Food was good and setting nice and cozy. A bit on the pricier side but to be expected from its location.
Affordable & decent Chinese food. We ordered chicken & broccoli, house fried rice, bean sprouts w/ shrimp, and egg tomato soup. The food tasted fresh and not greasy or loaded with MSG. My meal cost a lot less than any of the other restaurants in the area and there was more food than I could finish.
Took me right at closing with zero issues. Portions were great and food tasted super flavorful. Friendly young lady took my order and listened to my hiking tales lol. Recommend.
