This is one of those places where you feel like they are cooking food for their family and then serve some of it to you. Food was wonderful - nothing like a hot bowl of ramen when winter just won't let go - and the staff made us feel at home. Great addition to Central Vermont!
Wonderful Staff and excellent food! I ordered the Chicken Ramen with vegetables and lumpia and it turned out great. Ginger tea is also the real deal and doesn't come with a Bigelow tea bag. Excellent!
I had the vegetarian Pho and it was superb. Love the owner chefs and their teen wait staff. A family affair, all done with love.
Authentic, owners did a lot of work to source the best ingredients available. Spicy seafood udon so very good.
We've been here many times since opening day, and have not been disappointed yet. I love the Chicken Pho', and the Sensei Chicken with Ramen noodles. But I also love the Chicken and Shrimp with the Udon noodles. Marlyn's chicken and shrimp dumplings are delicious and I like her Lumpia as well. We will keep coming back!!

I tried their ramen and it was delicious! They use really fresh, high quality ingredients and put a lot of care into their cooking. There are a nice variety of flavors in each spoonful and it is comforting food on a winter day. The owners are also incredibly warm, kind people and it is a real pleasure to visit and buy food from them.
Me and my wife love coming here, we only wish we could come more often. She loves their ramen, and i'm crazy for their Pad Tai.
You can simply taste the freshness of the vegetables, and the flavors are spot on. I got to asked by the chef right there when putting the order in about having eggs and peanuts in my pad tai, and I loved having that option because I can usually never have enough of either or normally. My Wife likes things spicy and she did well on delivering that.
I Only hope they will be open more often down the line.
First time going there tonight. It was delicious. The owner/one of the cooks (not sure which roll he had) came out and explained what the different dinners and specials were. All sounded good. And the one I picked was pretty darn amazing. Everyone who worked there were very pleasant!
I wouldn’t consider myself a ramen expert but I know good food when I taste it and this ramen is outstanding. From the broth to the noodles and toppings, nothing disappoints. We’ve already gone twice this week! Price range I selected is for 2 people but ramen is between $12.95-14.95 per bowl.
Owner and staff were friendly, clean, and ramen was one of the best I’ve ever had. You gotta go!

Great food, good service. Menu is limited and changes daily. Ordering is confusing because you have to stand by the menu or counter to order. Owner is very nice.
