Our server Robert was super attentive and very friendly. Our drinks were always filled, and our food came out hot and in a timely manor. The manager John checked in and made sure we were satisfied.
We had the rib-eye and shrimp dinner and I tried the nee smoked pecan old fashioned. The food was so so good AND the service impeccable. Hollis took the best care of us.
We had the best dinner here tonight! Although it was busy, everyone was polite and wait times were reasonable. We were sat in a timely manner and taken care of immediately. The service was the best I have ever had at Outback. I noticed the manager, John, passed our table several times making sure we were taken care of, as well as the other guests. I was very impressed that he was helping his servers out in any way he could to make the night run as best as possible. The best management, the best service, the best food! Our steaks were wonderful. Would highly recommend and we will be back! If every Outback had a manager as engaged as John at the Baton Rouge location, they would all run this smooth!
Me. Hollis our waiter and Marisa the manager were so amazing! Amazing service, and even offered us a desert to go. We love eating at outback! The manager came by to chat with us and Mr. Hollis was on top of his game!
Here the food and the cocktails are delicious!!!, The bread to share when you arrive is excellent, and the service is fast and friendly. Also, they have 10% discount for students with ID!!!.... The "chocolate thunder from down under" is heavenly (see picture!)... Give it a try, and check it by yourself!
We had Vee as our server she was perfect. Very nice and polite. Ask for her if you come in. The food was great and the service was even better.
If you have been to one Outback, you have been to them all - chain restaurants are consistent if nothing else. The difference is the staffing. We had Tatiana as our server - a perfectly sweet young lady. She was not 100% but I could tell she was new and she was just precious.
We also had a couple managers visit our table during the meal to see how things were going. Lots of attention! You can't beat that!
We ordered the french onion soup. My husband loves it but I thought provolone cheese on french onion was too chewy. The soup itself was yummy but you can keep the provolone.
I had the chicken and shrimp fettuccine which was as expected. Hubby had a sirloin steak which he found to be quite tender and cooked exactly medium rare - perfection.
Worth a visit. Right off the interstate in Baton Rouge at Acadian Thruway.
Dylan H was an amazing server! He help everyone with what to get and he made sure that our table was happy the whole time.
