If you haven’t tried this place, you are missing out! Great, healthy food & great service! I can’t get enough of this place. Spicy salmon bowl � yum!
I ate here last weekend and must say, this place exceeded my already high expectations! I had two meals out of my bowl. For the price, you get a large bowl filled with delicious fish (or other protein), rice or greens, and all kinds of yummy toppings. I loved the macadamia nuts, seaweed salad, and pickled jalapenos. The drinks seem excellent too! I tried the chilled cucumber.
Fresh food, quickly prepared, a great meal portion and friendly guys. 10/10, will do again!
This place is truly exceptional! Delicious and beautiful food, great vibe, and incredibly friendly staff. Customer service feels like chic fil A. It's a fantastic establishment!
I am so glad that BR has this healthy, delicious option! I had the Spicy Salmon bowl today and it was SO delicious! It’s bursting with flavor! The seafood is always fresh! I’ve only ordered on Waitr so far, but hope to visit the restaurant soon!

You know the feeling of taking a hot shower after working outside all day in the heat and taking an ice cold beer in there with you and when that first drink touches your lips? It's like that...but just in fresh food form. The fish was more fresh than a cold seedless watermelon on a hot summer day. Great soundtrack too - The Beatles...straight into to System of a Down followed by a dessert track from everyone's favorite - Journey. I enjoyed myself.
The freshness and flavors of the tiki bowl is sensational. The succulent tuna and salmon and lil bits of pineapple and jalapeno takes me away to an island with amazing friends with a grand feast of pokéliciousness!

I travel often for work and am a huge poké eater. It’s my #1 favorite food and I make a point to always find a poké restaurant wherever I visit. That being said, this is easily top 10 poké places I’ve ever been to! I am a regular customer here and will continue to frequent this location.
The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because of their rice. In my opinion it’s the only thing holding them back from being top 3 to me. It’s hard and has the texture of day old refrigerated rice. It’s not the freshly cooked, warm, fluffy rice you’d expect in sushi and poké.
With that out of the way, everything else is amazing! The restaurant is super clean, staff is incredible friendly and knowledgeable about poké, and the ingredients (other than the rice) are fresh and delicious. Multiple staff members have suggested new things for me to try based on what I said I like, and every time their suggestions have been spot on.
Their mushrooms specifically are an amazing topping that I’ve not seen at any other poké place.

I also love the toppings and all the different choices there are of stuff to add.
The staff there are so nice too and it’s nice and clean inside.

Ingredients seem fresh, but they have the saddest zoodles. The zoodles were very skinny and wet. I almost couldn't even find them in my bowl! I got the two scoop protein with raw tuna and salmon and those were fresh. If only the zoodles had more life to them.
Southfin is probably the best poke I have had in Baton Rouge. The ingredients are so fresh and delicious you really can't go wrong! When COVID began they switched to delivery or pickup only and the day after I got a personal text from the owner (got number from ordering system) thanking me for supporting local during a trying time.
I have never been disappointed and LOVE the healthy zoodle option personally! I an not a zoodle person but for me it works in poke perfectly!
The food is so fresh and gorgeous, and I love the online order and pickup! It's so fast, and they always get my custom order exactly right! I should have taken this picture before I took my first couple of bites, beautiful presentation.
I found a new spot or new to me and I just fell in love with something different I would recommend you try it and expand you taste palette
