I thoroughly enjoyed these cupcakes. My bff and I were exploring various places before we had to go to choir rehearsal. We dropped into The Salad Shop and then I spied Cupcake Allie. I wondered how intentional her location was being that her name is Allie (the owner) and her shop was in a small alley. Anywho... These cupcakes though!!! I had the pecan pie, the triple chocolate and the vanilla. They were all delicious. I saw the negative review and decided to try it anyway and I'm glad I did.
Stopped by today and picked up 3 cupcakes. Each cupcake was delish but the strawberry balsamic was by far my favorite. Allie waited on me and she is as sweet as her cupcakes. I will definitely be back!

As others have noted it is a bit up there with the price point, but to me it is worth it! The staff is always warm and welcoming when you first open the door, they do their best to help you understand what flavors they offer, and always patient when you can’t make up your mind. I’ve been a few times but only have 2 photos from the last time I went. I got red velvet, pecan pie, and the chocolate. Also picked up some pupcakes for my 2 puppers. One pupcake was definitely enough to where I can cut it in half and had them share one half.
-Red velvet was moist and the icing was smooth.
-Pecan pie was a little dry on the outside but inside it was soft (not too soft) and creamy and I love the little bits of pecans in it! It’s a must have for this season.
-Chocolate was a little too sweet for my liking but it’s a favorite with friends. They said it was like melting chocolate in their mouths and they wish they could have more.
Cupcake Allie is more than 12 miles from where I live and I usually stop by when I’m on campus. But there’s the occasional cupcake cravings and I will drive that 12+ miles just for their cupcakes!
Excellent service. Got special orders 2 dozen gluten-free chocolate with pink frosting and sprinkles mini cupcakes for three year daughter’s b-day. She gasped when she saw them. They were super moist and the buttercream frosting was on pointe. The co-owner Nick was very helpful and gave great advice regarding preserving the mini cupcakes for a school party later in the week.
For quality ingredients and tasty and surprising combinations make this a great place. I’m not a cake nor cupcake person but I love the cupcake and cake balls from here.
They have delicious cupcakes here. they change the flavors every once in awhile adding new flavors depending on the time of year.. this location became a frequent stop going or coming from work. my girlfriend loves when I surprise her with her favorite cupcakes from here. After a couple visits she got hooked on the Dippin Dots. Staff is awesome even help me with a drained battery after stopping on day..
The sweets here are good. I have a big sweet tooth, but I'm also very very picky and do not like to eat sweets from any and every one. Especially, if it isn't homemade sweets from my Creole-African American, Southern Louisiana elders. But I do believe Cupcake Allie has found the magic to satisfying my sweet tooth.
Beautifully decorated, amazing cupcakes, and sweet employees. It was my first time visiting and I ordered the berry chantilly cupcake as well as a cupcake. Both were beautiful!
We have been using Cupcake Allie for all of our cupcake needs and they never disappoint. Their cupcakes are always fresh, we'll made and taste delicious. I could not recommend them higher.
