On Tuesday evening, at 1:00 p.m. on 06/02/15, My wife and I decided to go to this Chick-fil-A for lunch. ( Wishing to pick up an order).
When we got there, there was traffic galore in the parking lot, with a double line for the drive thru up to Airline Highway. Despite the parking lot being full, except for one spot which we took, there were people all over the place inside and out. We thought that we would be there all day to place our order. Much to our surprise, when we got inside, the cashier, Antoinette immediately greeted us and ask if she could take our order. We were totally blown away with such friendly, kind and efficient fast service. No sooner than my wife paid for our order, another staff member handed us our order. We were totally amazed on how this restaurant is managed and operated in such an excellent manner. In my 60 years of being on this earth, I have never seen another place like this and I have visited many fast food restaurants in my lifetime. This location certainly takes the term fast food to the next level. The food that we ordered was also excellent and delicious.
The manager and staff should be highly commended for being such an asset to Chick-fil-A and to their customers. My daughter who visits this location very often said that she doesn't go to any other place because this place is the best, so why go to any other place. I highly agree with her.
I will return to this location again and keep up the good work.

Go to this place on Thursday,'s at 5,00p.m and bring your kids to have fun with the clowns , great face painting and balloons
I think that the leadership and crew are the best!! I love that they are always so kind and helpful
Usually extremely busy around lunch and dinner times but never have issues with the food or staff!
I definitely don't want to leave a bad review because this is the only time we have had an issue here! The service was totally unacceptable we waiting nearly 30 min for our food we asked to talk to a manager an she was young of course and seemed like she had absolutely no care in the world! I hope they do something about this! If not we won't be coming back here anytime soon!

Best staff/ service ever. Gave my order to me when I lost my wallet. Went back and tried to pay but young lady at drive thru window 12/3/14 AM (wish I had her name) refused my payment. Said, "It's already taken care of. Just come back and see us." So I did. Chick-fil-A was our supper. This location will now be a regular stop for me.

Great food. I normally get the chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and a milkshake. I usually make a combo with the sandwich and the mac and cheese and it's amazing. The chocolate milkshake is also delicious.
Dining room closed. Drive thru only. They are very efficient in moving the line. 2 girls taking orders in 2 different lanes, funnels down to 1 lane for payment. Then to pickup window. Very fast and efficient. I ordered 1 bowl of chicken tortilla soup. Brought it home and ate it.. 8 dollars for a cup. Very tasty, plenty of chicken, white beans, and brown beans, in a spicy, thick, and creamy sauce. Nice on a sore throat. Ladies were masked and friendly.

I went for breakfast and I got a chicken biscuit real fluffy and buttery. The chicken is real great. At first it look like it was going to take a long time but the service was fast
