I ended up walking here for lunch after having my car towed to the auto shop nearby. Not only did they suggest a cheaper way for me to combo my food, an employee let me borrow a phone charger. Dealing with my car all morning left me at 2% battery and still needed to order my ride home. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I went here 9-25-22 at 2pm and I was very impressed! The customer service was great at the drive through window. The burger and fries were both hot and tasty! I was happy to make this review because in the past I've had bad experiences with every Wendy's with cold burgers that I just throw out. This was my first time at Tthis Wendy's and it was great!
I haven't had Wendy's in over 11 years and decided to try it again since I am in a new state and it was great for fast food and they still have good prices. Thank you
Extremely helpful and kind staff. I dread going to fast-food places most of the workers are rude or dismissive. The 2 young ladies that helped us on 1-05-23 @ 2pm are imo worth driving there for the food. I would not let them go if they were my employees.
Super nice people. Had the french toast sticks and potato wedges. Tasted great and hot. Usually get the biscuits and gravy but wanted to try something different.
Today's Wendy's experience went great. The guy who ran out food out was very nice, made sure we double checked everything to be sure everything was correct. It was busy so we really appreciated his friendly positive attitude and him making sure we were taken care of. His service deserves a 5 star for sure!
The Wendy's on Columbia Avenue is an outstanding crew of workers managers employees all the likes highly recommended keep up the good work
