I walk to this Taco Bell for my lunch, since it's only a few stores over from the Starbucks I work at. Honestly have nothing but praise for its workers, they always manage to get my food out quick enough that I still have 20 min to eat my food by the time I get back. Ethan, Ben, and Emily (might be wrong on that name) are superb workers, and especially Ethan was the first to remember my order even after only a week or so of coming regularly. They always make me feel welcome and are awesome :)
Cathy is the best! She gave me a free soft drink. Just because I waited for maybe two minutes at the counter. You don't see that everyday. Especially in the fast food industry.
This is the only really Good Taco Bell in town. The staff is always friendly the service is always fast and friendly. I can only think of one time where they messed up my order, the best part is they fixed it and then gave me two coupons for a free taco. This is hands down the best Taco bell in town.

Place is not usually busy, so that's why I like going here. Cleaner than all the other TB's in this town. I'm certain this is probably the best Taco Bell besides the Beckley Road location. Employees are friendly and I never have issues with my orders (and if I did in the past, it was quickly fixed). And Ben is phenomenal!! I love coming to the window when he's there, all smiling and happy and talkative. Was told by some employees here that I am one of their fav customers because I'm so polite, and I find that very nice. :) Y'all are definitely the best TB crew in town, hands down. I even drive to this Taco Bell despite there being one right near my house. That one just doesn't compare! Worth the drive.
This is a fun, funky new building in the Meijer plaza at the intersection of Columbia and Capital. The service is much better than the other Taco Bell locations in the area. The food is exactly what you would expect at any Taco Bell. The staff is friendly and polite, and the drive-thru is pretty fast. Overall a pretty good place to grab a quick bite.
Love this Taco Bell. The drive thru people are high energy, a very friendly. I always look forward to the positive interaction with the employees here. And one of the few taco bells that actually get your order correct. They have never forgot the cinnamon twists which I cannot say about any of the other taco bells within a 25 mile radius.
Best service today (2/16/23) for lunch I've seen from a Tbell is a long time. The new wings actually surprised me with the flavor. Did not even need the "not so spicy" ranch. Adding fire and diablo sauce was still not enough to overcome being better than the seasoning. Tbell would be making a mistake eliminating these wings from the menu. Although a dollar cheaper would be nice for the portion size.
We go to this location quite often. It's one of the busier ones but even so, the line tends to move fast. The food tastes great and they've always gotten our order right.
This location is interesting to get to since you have to loop through one of the sides streets as there's no direct access to Columbia Ave. This is a plus since it cuts down on the incoming and outgoing tragic and makes people slow down.
I'm impressed. Thank you to whoever is working tonight between 10 an 1030pm. My Taco supreme was excellent. It's been years since someone made it so something was in it!
Food at this location is usually better
prepared than other Taco Bells I have visited. Staff always friendly.
