Food was amazing and worth the trip from where we live. Service was very good, but the server sometimes forgot things we requested such as the takeout bowl and our bill when we requested (it was very busy though). However, overall the staff was very kind and accommodating. They make you feel comfortable the minute you walk-in. Strongly recommended!
Halal Korean, say no more. Lovely sweet staff, small place! Everything we had was so good! The honey chili tofu, the oxtail ramen, chicken udon, beef miso ramen, all amazing! It’s a no fuss place and low key. Will definitely come back again with my family!
HALAL Korean cuisine?!?! Finally what my heart has been asking for. I did a door dash delivery on a weekday and was delighted. I was able to put beef dumplings in my ramen order for the first time ever. The food was packaged really well and price was fair! (I have dash pass which helps with the fees). I'd love to come again and try the rest of the menu.
Great spot for ramen and chicken.
Had the specialty scallion chicken which was super crunchy. The beef bulgogi with rice cakes was also great. Vegetable Korean pancakes was a solid start.
Good portions, had some left to take home.
Street has decent amount of parking if needed.
How amazing it is to have a halal Korean food place. My daughter recommended this place to me and we all fell in love with the food. Would love to come back again soon.
Everything was soooo delicious and it’s halal! I came here with my mom and we ordered the cheesy corn which was really good. The beef Bolgogi is my favorite thing here. The servers are really nice. Would definitely come back here.
After reading about Moodoo, we were really excited to try this place. First time coming here and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing. We ordered the takoyoki, the creamy chicken ramen, chicken katsu and spicy bulgogi. The food was delicious. Very friendly and quick service. I only wish this restaurant was closer to our house. It was a 2 hour drive with traffic but so worth it. I will definitely try to go back.
Walked in and was seated pretty fast. Ordered the spicy chicken, beef and some crunchy chicken thingy. Food was amazing. 9/10. Only thing was that I ordered everything spicy and wasn’t really spicy :) Overall, will definitely come back.
Small Halal Korean food with delicious fried chicken. The bulgogi beef was good too, but I would not repurchase the chicken bulgogi. The chicken was just okay, and all the bulgogi dishes (both chicken and beef) over rice come with A LOT of onions. The portions were still a good size. I also wouldn't get the fruit bubble tea again because I'm not sure if it really had any tea in it, but it was fizzy, which was very unexpected. Overall, I would not make the commute here, but if I was in the area I would definitely get their fried chicken.
Great halal ramen restaurant, serving up authentic style ramen. (Does sell alcohol). Love the boneless chicken thighs. My favorite sauce is siracha Thai chili.
Pros : Halal, amazing food, good service, a lot of options, take out is packed very well
Cons : limited seating/ small space, longer wait time during peak hours (can get very packed with line out the door at times)
we came during lunch time and immediately was greeted and placed with a table. Moodoo is one of my favorite halal restaurants to dine in because of the halal options it provides and also because of the spices and flavors the food entails! The beef ramen is one of my favorites! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and look forward to coming back here again!
I’ve been in NY about 2.5 years and have come back to this place many many times. Usually end up getting the same food but have tried different items from the menu before too. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming and the food has consistently always tasted great. The menu is all halal and I would recommend everyone come and try this place. And I would recommend having the food at the restaurant for the freshness. The seating is limited and there can be a wait at times.
I think the only halal ramen place in NYC. Loved it!
Celebrated a birthday at a fantastic place with top-notch cuisine.
Nice small halal place, foods are delicious, especially the boneless chicken. Definitely going again. 💯 percent recommend to try.
The food was incredibly delicious! I had a great time. Also, everything was halal. The staff was super nice and kept asking if we required anything. Moreover, I loved the plating! The pictures and videos turned out very well & aesthetic. 10/10 would recommend!
Food was good place is small but we got the table.
This spot was all the rage online so decided to come check it out. It looks non-descript from the outside. But inside it is quite nice and relatively spacious. And I loved that it was all halal. Delicious halal ramen!! The creamy chicken ramen is sooo good!!! One thing to note that was a bit weird was this chef who came by to talk to some of the young girls in the restaurant and he gave off some off-putting vibes. Maybe I'm thinking too much about it but just something that came to mind.
