Food is hot and fresh, customers service is excellent, food came on time. No long wait in drive thru line.
Chicken noodle soup and side salad with avocado ranch dressing was perfect. Their lemonade was not as sweet as their brand normally makes it. If I ordered ice with it, it would have tasted horrible. Glad I got it with no ice. Please stick to their recipe when making the lemonade. Wonderful customer service!

I'm not sure what her name was. The jacket said, "Hannah, and the receipt said Nayeli whichever it is. She was extremely super friendly." The food was served quickly and fresh.

They’ve been on point with every order, for an early Valentine’s Day celebration I curbside a Heart tray of nuggets and some side orders to surprise my spouse with. Came out awesome and we enjoyed, was a fun surprise for him because he loves the nuggets and I didn’t have to cook!

Chic FIL A is doing it right! Employees are never rude, and service is fast. Love that their menu is healthy. They aren't trying to kill us like the other fast food chains. We love the spicy southwest salad!

Came here to get luscious grilled chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. When I went to order, the person that shall remain nameless treated me as if I was incompetent, unintelligent, dull-witted and mentally challenged. I civilly asked for extra-medium waffle fries and was treated in that manner. I asked for nine sandwiches and fries and was questioned and doubted if I seriously ordered that quantity. I was furious, incandescent, outraged, infuriated and inflamed. I proceeded to the window and that’s a the well respected and educated man named NATE greeted me. I complimented him on his clothing manner and told him that if he wore khakis, he’d look like Jake from State Farm. He laughed politely. I then asked if they were open to on Thanksgiving and replied that they weren’t, then implied that if he had a say, he would open on Thanksgiving to serve a well humored man such as I. That’s when I asked for his name and shook his hand. He complied and returned the same treatment. I then questioned who supplies their chicken, he didn’t know. I then stated that they should switch their supplier to me because I give good c*ck (I’ll provide a picture). He took a look and agreed that I have good c*ck. Mans understood my humor and complied. He ordered me to pull up to the white line and I thanked him and he passionately said “my pleasure” unlike all the other workers that say it because they’re ordered too. NATE is a very respectable, impeccable, charming, gifted young man. He deserves a raise or a promotion and national recognition for his outstanding manners !
That Cobb Salad is always the best! And, Who knew!! CFL sells ice cream and frozen Greek yogurt! Wow, it's real good too. This location was conducting a BIG hiring/ training event at this Garth Rd.- Baytown Texas location on this day. It was a busy place! Yet, every area of the business was running smooth as silk!
