The Manager made a bad situation into a great one. I had ordered a cookie cake for my son bday and there was a misunderstanding because I wanted the biggest one and they had rung me up for a smaller one, when I arrived to pick it and we realized what went wrong. He immediately made me another one and even though it wasn't what I originally wanted he made it work in such a short notice. Great job!
Seriously the BEST cookie company out of all of them. I can't tell you why but every time I buy from here, the cookies seem fresher and the decorations are simply amazing. Always beating my expectations! We live in Pearland and my husband works in Baytown. When we need a cookie cake he picks it up on his way home from work! Great JOB! Seriously impressed!
