RachelBakes & Co is phenomenal! The strawberry cake is to die for—moist, full of flavor, light and fluffy. The cookies are also amazing—especially the traditional sugar and the chocolate sugar cookies! My family and friends are always happy when I bring goodies from RachelBakes! Can’t recommend RB enough!

Sometimes great looking cakes lack in some way. Icing isn’t great or the cake is crumbly or not good. That is NOT the case with RachelBakes!! Not only is each cake and cupcake I have seen stunning, but every single one was amazingly yummy as well! Definitely worth the calories 😂🤣. I highly recommend them to anyone for any special event. Or just because cake sounds good tonight 🤪
Ordered a birthday cake for my mom with a design specially requested. It came out beautifully just like the picture and best of all tasted amazing!! The cake was very moist and the buttercream is the best I've ever had! Perfect amount as well. I can't wait to order another!
I have bought several treats from them, but the cake for my son’s 3rd Birthday was the best! My son LOVES “Cars” and they did an amazing job helping us design the cake with that in mind. The staff in the bakery were very helpful and were just as excited about the cake as we were. We ended up with the PERFECT cake for a “Cars” themed party!
I ordered my 30th birthday cake from Rachel and it was perfect! She was professional and easy to work with and the cake was amazing! I will absolutely be ordering from her again, and would 100% recommend her to my friends and family.

Absolutely fantastic cake. I got the Strawberry Crunch. Added a small scoop of vanilla on the side and tasted like my wife's favorite ice cream bar. Had plenty leftover after feeding 8 people. Will continue to use this bakery in the future. Great tasting products, friendly staff, fair prices and great location .
The two cakes my wonderful sister-in-law got for our baby shower today were so beautiful and tasty that I wanted to leave a comment right away. Rachel's designs are gorgeous, you can tell she must really take her art seriously.
The gluten free white cake (round one in the pics), the one I ate, was delicious with a great texture, not too heavy. Even the icing was light and sweet. I don't live close but I'd go here for a custom cake any time, ESPECIALLY for gluten-free.

I’m editing my review to show that Rachel made sure to take care of the issues that I had originally posted. I’ve left the photos below to show that there was a wire left in our smash cake that was used to support the stem of the pumpkin. However, we did not know about this wire and discovered it as my child was starting to get into the cake. Thankfully he was not hurt, but I was understandably upset about this and posted angry and fearful reviews in several places.
Rachel reached out to me immediately to apologize and see what she could do to make the situation right. She was compassionate and understanding, and I could hear the emotion in her voice as she explained how sorry she was for this and how, if they were her children, she would feel the exact same way. We discussed ways to make sure this sort of thing never happened again, and that all staff would be appropriately trained. She also worked with me on a way to make it up to me as a customer and was very generous in this regard. How she handled everything was admirable and I appreciate her humility and grace, and I also appreciate the baker who made my cake coming forward and admitting her mistake readily—that is a huge sign of integrity to me.
At the end of the day, people are human and things happen, but she agreed that this sort of thing should never happen again, and is taking the necessary steps to make sure it doesn’t with her staff and business. Because of this and the new attention that I am positive will be paid in the future, I can happily recommend RachelBakes & Co for your cake needs. All of the cakes and cupcakes I received were delicious.
My fiancé got me a cake from here for my birthday - absolutely blown away! I wanted a 'koi pond cake' but couldn't have anticipated how beautiful and cool the decoration would look. Delicious too, but almost didn't want to cut into it! Will definitely be coming back here.
My daughter wanted a baby Yoda cake for her 7th B-day. Thinking this would be an easy to find design, I may have waited too long. In a panic after I could not come up with one, I sent several emails out 2 days prior to needing to pick it up. Out of all the emails I sent out to local bakery's, Rachel Bakes was the only one who promptly emailed me back- same day and said no problem. Pickup was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cake was absolutely awesome in design and taste. I ordered the strawberry swirl with butter creme icing. Delicious! Next time I'll buy a bigger cake... Thank you so much for helping make my daughters day special! The cake was made exactly how I wanted it and it looked so beautiful all set up at her party! Besides looking good, it was delicious! It was so soft and the icing just melts in your mouth! 10/10 recommend!❤️
I went to Rachel Bakes&Co a few weeks ago, they showed great customer service, and the cookie I purchased before buying in bulk was great. The young lady who took my order was very patient, professional and ensured what I needed could be executed. Once I returned to pickup my order, it was ready on time and the pricing was perfect. I forgot to mention the cookies tasted amazing! Rachel Bakes cookies helped take my event to the next level. I will be returning for future items.
