It was ok. We didn't have to wait because we arrived at 9 am. I think the food looked better in the menu pictures than in reality. The marshmallow hoy chocolate was delicious. But, overall the food was good.

First off the Ihop(Ihob) next to me out on Miller lane/York Commons is still not open!!! VERY frustratin. EXTREMELY upsetting. Keep driving by being teased because everything is put together except the employees and food within that establishment. So I'm glad I ran out to Beavercreek to take care of some business because I came across another Ihop(Ihob) that's just amazing. My first time here and I enjoyed it. My waiter was Joseph S. He was VERY nice and VERY polite. He goes the extra mile for his guest. He was friendly and made me feel welcome. He also had me laughing. He was ready to take my order and had it all down packed until I added a few more things. He said "nah baby let me sit down with you and take this order again". I dined in alone besides my six montg belly. So yeah..... Kinda needed the extra food. Lol. Plus it's been years since I ate at Ihop. Well Ihob. I was greeted from the time I walked thru the doors. My wait wasn't long. My food arrived hot and fresh. Despite the manager being a tad bit stingy with the cheese on my eggs he was back there throwing down. My food taste amazing! I like the fact the manager was in the back cooking and assisting and not being pushy because of his title. I order the steak breakfast. Which was steak, eggs, and hot cakes. I added a sweet tea, a side of mashed potatoes, and a order of french toasts. Thinking about it makes me want to rush down to Ihop real fast. The rest rooms was clean as well as the rest of the establishment. I would recommend this place and I would most definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. Thanks again😊
