Gene was cooking his butt off and Cheryl was super friendly. I originally ordered the chicken fried chicken but was given the steak. Cheryl corrected it and got me the chicken. My only complaint is the green beans has no flavor but the gravy made up for it. I will definitely be back and hopefully next time y'all will have some pink Cadillacs to buy

On Our Way Back Home We Decided To Stop In Belen To Eat My Eight Year Old Daughter Picked This Place Because She Wanted To Sit On The Front Row I Looked At The First Three Reviews And Saw Negative Comments Such As Waiting To Long I Still Took The Risk Of Going In And I Did Observe There Was A Now Hiring Sign And Made Me Think Hmmm 🤔 It’s Going To Be A Long Wait Since They Must Be Short On Staff. But Let Me Tell You It Was The Complete Opposite Restrooms Were Clean The Restaurant Smelled Like Good Food And Kiersten Was Very Polite Took Our Order With No Mistakes She Was Multitasking Taking Orders On The Phone Cleaning Tables Taking Orders in side the restaurant While We Were Waiting For Our Food I Observed That Roger The Cook Was Always Busy Never Standing Around And Very Clean Used Gloves And Was Even Weighing The Food Out The Food Was Soooo Good And The Price Was Reasonable Sadly I Did Notice They Don’t Get Tipped Very Often!! This Was An Amazing Experience For Myself And Family!!! PS That Butter Tho Delicious 😋 Good Job Kiersten And Robert Keep Up The Good Work Trust Me It Doesn’t Go Unnoticed ❤️
First Timer & it was great! The food was good, the diner was clean, and the service we received was GREAT! Just passing through NM & spot this cool looking diner, glad we stopped!! Definitely gave us small town diner vibes, very comfortable friendly vibes. I’d recommend it for sure!!

The restaurant was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and informative about their menu options. The food I received was very good, however a portion of my meal tasted like instant ready. Based on my observation from the rest of the food that I received, restaurant was most likely out of their fresh product, and had no choice but to use instant ready material. The rest of my plate that I ordered was extremely delicious though. A nice plus to the restaurant is that it is a 24-hour restaurant.
This is our #1 stop to eat when in Belen - food is good, staff is nice - was only 1 waitress getting orders - have patients with short staff she was doing her best - contact menu to order off your cell - gave her a good tip for her hard work - stop by but be patient.
Quaint, 50s style diner with excellent food, fantastic wait staff and very fair prices! Close to I25 and the town of Belen, NM. I'll be back! ~db~ ✌️😎
