Had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Came with hash browns and toast and I order a waffle on the side. I was pleasantly surprised , the steak was freshly made, the hash browns where real potatoes and fresh, The portions where large. If it wasn't for my waffle being burnt it would have been a 5 star breakfast. Over all service was good, food was good, price was fair, I left full. I would recommend and will be going back my self.
This place has Delicious food but the 1 thing that really bothered me is it's so Small inside that I felt like I was on top of the people next to me. If you have a quiet conversation everyone can hear it. That's pretty much the only problem so unfortunately that's why I gave them 4 stars.
This is one of two of my favoritest of all time restaurants here in Belen NM. The owner who is also the cook is an AMAZING chef . All of the food is so so delicious. Literally tastes homemade. She also comes out and greets and talks with everyone like if you are in her home. So welcoming. And so fulfilling. Try the chicken fried steak and tamales!!!!
Very pleasant surprise! Went to Belen to try a different place. This place was closed for an event! So we found Rita’s and it was sooooo delicious!!! Great service and food! We will be back very soon! This will be our new go to breakfast place on errand day 🥰🌮
Food is amazing, everything was super clean and spaced out. Friendly staff but the food was almost addicting. Hands down the best waffle in Valencia county. My husband swears the huevos Rancheros is the bomb. Ppl you must try the waffle.
The owner is an amazing person. She not only delivers great cuisine she also delivers to the community. The staff are all fantastic and go above and beyond. Taco Tuesday.....79 cent tacos. Be sure to ask for the queso along with your chips and salsa. Great food....great place. Definite south western style food. Yum!!! (Good burgers, too. )
The refried beans were filled bacon grease, giving them an amazing flavor. After we got our food the owner came out and checked on us. Great local family place.
