Had a lovely lunch today at Auntie Pasto's! The service was fast and friendly, but also allowed us to talk comfortably.
The house salad was tasty, and my ravioli with meat sauce was just the kind of comfort food I needed. The soft-inside/slightly-crusty-outside bread was hard to stop nibbling on, too.
I'm so glad I found this place, and I will definitely be back soon to try the stuffed meatloaf and the chicken with pasta!

We found this gem of a restaurant one night while visiting our kids at nearby Houston Baptist University. The food is superb with large portions. I particularly appreciate the traditional lasagna and the fried ravioli. Service is outstanding. But what makes this place different is the unique ambiance, which makes Auntie Pasto's feel like that old friend you always enjoy catching up with after a long absence. The walls tell the story of a family owned business that has served the area for along time. While you eat your delicious food, you hear songs of old times, reminding you of the things that truly matter most in life - faith, family, good food and fellowship. Auntie Pasto's has now become a new tradition when we visit our kids in Houston. During all of our visits, as my wife and I listen to our now grown children's tales from college while enjoying our delicious food, I've heard Judy Garland singing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" softly in the background, reminding me to capture the moment in my memory, knowing just how fleeting and special it truly is. For at it's heart, I believe that's what Auntie Pasto's is all about - great food and great memories - one family and generation at a time.
Great service and food! Lunch specials to linger over. Portions to satisfy even a hungry man and gluten free options that made my Auntie smile. If you're in the neighborhood try it! You'll feel right at home.
Was looking for somewhere to eat in the area and stumbled into this place. Their lasagna was delicious! It was full of flavor and sauce. I definitely would come and eat here again if I'm ever in the area to try other entrees.
Been dinning here a very long time. Has a quaint personal feel about it. I'm allergic to everything but they are always so great about making adjustments where they can. Last night I had the Snapper Meneuier and it was outstanding. Nice portion of snapper too. Then my daughter got the Sin chocolate pie and was absolutely delish. Our waiter was wonderful, pleasant and attentive despite several large parties that over took the place. Prices are very fair. Ingredients always seem very fresh. Wine is a tad small but bartenders make nice cocktails. Nice lunch menu as well.
Our family celebrated a birthday at Auntie Pasto's this evening. All the food we ordered was excellent from the appetizers to entree's to dessert. Calamari steak, spinach & artichoke dip, black pepper pasta with shrimp, crawfish ravioli, pasta Alfredo, chicken marsala, lasagna, and custom Italian sausage and and angel hair pasta dish, and a To Die For Cake. Our waiter Jonathan and the manager Rene took excellent care of us and made us feel so welcome and special. We have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Everyone loved their dinners and especially the cake. Loved the ambiance and music that played in the background. Great restaurant and staff. Will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.
Delicious food, generous portions, safety friendly, family friendly, exceptional hospitality. You will be blown away with the freshly baked warm bread served as soon as you take a seat. Kids are given a child menu with art crayons to keep them busy. Grown ups indulge in aromatic and beautiful meal. Surrounded by friendliest staff. Highly recommend.
I was really happy with my experience at Auntie Pasto’s. The food is very reasonably priced and the flavor is amazing. My server Enrique was very polite and knowledgeable, I would 100% come back and recommend to friends and family.
