Jake's is more than just a restaurant. It's a place that's barely changed since my best friend's uncle worked there back in the day. The food is absolutely incredible and the people who operate the place are as fantastic as ever. Great consistency in quality, and will always hold special memories. If you find yourself in the area you need to stop by. Trust me you won't regret it.
Since the one in rostraver is under new ownership it's just not the same quality. I went to the Jake's in Belle Vernon and it hit the spot. Everything was awesome. I would recommend to anyone looking for pizza in the mon valley
No place likes Jakes! Of course I'm biased, Worked there growing up, family did I mention the pizza is really good. Yeah the Pizza is really good.
Been eating Jake's Pizza since they opened in mid 1970's. Was back then, and remains today, the best pizza I've ever had. Get the thick pizza, though. The regular crust a bit thin. They use the best pepperoni you'll ever eat. Reasonably priced, great service. They should have franchised Jake's, owners would have been billionaires.
