What a wonderful experience. Well worth the trip. The service was amazing, by all members of the team. The food was served well paced and was hot and very fresh and tasty. There was more than enough food for everyone. It was nice to be able to chose the cheese, broth and chocolate fondue pots. You pick your own salad and meat. The whole meal very nice. I totally recommend for the food and service. A tad expensive, but you certainly get what you pay for

Good service good food. Good for special occasions. The full course is too much food. Get the cheese and entry. For desert flaming and dark chocolate is good. They give nice strawberry if you have bday. Reservation is easy to make and have parking. They give nice selection of sauces with the meat and sea food

This experience has been on the list for the longest time. We booked a table for two on a Monday evening and there were plenty tables available. We were greeted by the manager Emily who was warm and welcoming. At the table our server Giuseppe was friendly and helped with the selection for the food. It was his second week but didn't seem like until he mentioned. The cheese fondue - Formaggio was good, served with a variety of vegetables, green apple and breads. Since we were full we ordered the chocolate fondue with their special sweets selection. The chocolate fondue arrives with assortment of fruits and cakes. The sweets selection comes with cheesecake, macarons, strawberries and cream puff. To end it all we had their coffees - Cafe M and the Raspberry based one. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, hospitality and the service. It was indeed a good experience and would visit them again.

This place is an experience! That's basically the gist here. Went with my fiancé and his family for dinner here and really loved the food, and just everything! We ordered the Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Fondue to share (among 5 of us) and it was a beautiful one! The bread was nice and fresh and that melted cheese... Oh my! The rich cheddar and beer and garlic flavors all reallt went well together. Fiancé and I shared a Caesar salad. Dressing was really goodz but the highlight was those Parmesan-Dusted Pine Nuts! Oh man were they addictive?! For the mains the family shared 2 of the vegetarian Garden Pot, fiancé got the Steak Lovers, and I got the Land and Sea (salmon, shrimp, chicken, pepper steak). Everyone liked everything. We picked the regular broth for one cooktop and grill for the second. Grilling the steak and seafood and veggies.. it was all a vibe! I really would recommend getting that grilling top! Especially for the meats! The seasoning on all the proteins were spot on. I also tried the Vegan Polpettes from tb vegetarian option and it was really tasty too! For dessert we split the Yin and Yang (dark + white chocolate)..okay this was RICH! I just loved it. Let's say everyone loved it! I ended up just having some plain chocolate our of the pot too! P.S. the sponge cake + chocolate was 10/10

So, so good. We got the Experience for 2, and were full after the cheese fondue (bourbon bacon cheddar), but powered through the entree and dessert (dark and dulce) 😂 going to have to roll down the hill back to our hotel! Come hungry and wear loose pants LOL.

Came here for the restaurant week deal, with 3 courses. Starter is the cheese fondue with vege and bread, we had the spinach artichoke, very impressed, flavorful and crunchy at the same time. The main course is the soup fondue with meat and shrimp. The cog au vec soup is burgendy wine based soup, quite unique, very strong and savory. The dessert is the chocolate fondue with crackers and fruits, we had the yin and yan one, so it's white and dark chocolate, like this one a lot.

The food is great, just like all the other Metling Pots in the US. The server brought out the salads before our drinks got there so it was a bit odd to get food before drinks, it took a little too long. We went in the evening and it wasn't too busy for a Sunday.
