We visited here for the first time on Saturday from Canada. We chose it honestly because it was on a list of “gluten free restaurants in Bellingham” and looked neat. Not knowing the area, we had no idea it was such a popular spot!! The wait was fairly long and because it was so busy, it was hard to tell where the line was to wait at the bar area. I was concerned too when I saw someone who was obviously not a staff member, damn near enter the kitchen to take pictures of the food under the warming lights. Thankfully staff tried repeatedly to move these people along to proper locations for guests to be (aka not the bloody kitchen). The hostess found us though before we even ordered at the bar and took us to a nice spot to sit. The server was really nice and energetic and made some good recommendations on the food. I had the pulled pork tacos which were amazing, and my dad and fiancé had the bison burgers which they also loved. I had the homemade root beer (also delicious) while they had the Butler and the daily Nitro-Brew; both argued they must have ordered the best beers as they were so happy. Only wishing we were staying south more than 48 hours so that we could have brought some home with us! Would definitely recommend and return to, but plan a bit to maybe not arrive during lunch on a Saturday quite as hungry as I was haha

Great food and atmosphere. I really enjoyed my burger and it was done as i requested it. Love the smiling faces of the serving staff. I will definitely be again for a bite to eat at this great place.

When we got there, we were seated immediately even though they were very busy. Our waitress was very nice and took or drink orders right away. The food was delicious. I had the Mac n cheese. We also had churros which were fabulous. The music was a little loud but it was Friday night...overall, I really liked the place, the food and the staff! Next time I'm visiting my Daughter, I'll make Aslan a definite stop!! I <3 Bellingham!

Stopped in for the first time. Wife had the Ginger beer an Currie bowl. I had iced tea and the three tacos. Wife like the beer, iced tea was outstanding, food was delicious with generous portions, and the service was great. Try out the HOSA chili sauce it is HOT and tasty. Purchased a bottle of it to go. No complaints and we will be back.

Today was our first time at Aslan Brewing Company. We came in for a late lunch with our two small children. The excellent customer service started the minute we walked in the door, where we were met by the hostess (Allie). We were looking at a thirty five minute wait. Allie got us a menu, some crayons and personally walked us back to the heated outside beer garden so we could sit while waiting for our table. She sent us a text when our table was ready. Up next was our waiter (Evan). Evan was very knowledgeable when asked questions about the beer. I actually went outside of my comfort zone, based on his recommendation, and tried something new. I was not disappointed! Evan also gave me some options, not on the menu, when selecting my food. I’m not usually one to type up a lengthy review, but both my wife and I were thoroughly impressed by these two individuals and the great food at Aslan. Keep up the good work! We will be back!

My wife and I are visiting from Florida. Stopped in for lunch and beer on our way to Mt Baker. The food and the beer was amazing. We had the tacos along with a burger. We also splurged for desert. Service was excellent as well.

Fun atmosphere, great beers, and great food! Love that it is kid friendly and they have menu items my picky 14yo liked. Only downside is they only have a brewed natural Root Beer for kids and was a little on the no sugar/spice side of sarsaparilla. Not to say it was bad, just many kids may not enjoy the root beer. There always water...right parents!

We are beyond amazed! My husband and I wanted to finish the day somewhere amazing after our day trip to Mt. Baker. We made a great choice to come here and celebrate our 7 year anniversary! To think we almost went to Olive Garden . I ordered the Ginger Rye Ale and holy shit, best beer I have EVER had!! Left with a 64 oz growler . Husband ordered the Batch 15 and he loved it. Thank you Asland Brewing Company for opening such a kick ass and quality brewery .

We stopped here after hiking. The happy hour menu was phenomenal and the beer was amazing. My friends and I were strategizing what hike we could do in the area next just so we could come back to this place.

Emily took great care of us. We enjoyed an early afternoon, mid-week nibble and glass of wine before perusing other “establishments” in the area. Aslan did not disappoint. If we were into beers it would have received 5 stars, but we love our Chardonnay and unfortunately they took it off the menu. The facility and outdoor seating options are 5 stars all the way! The food (deep fried pickles + Slow Roasted Pork Belly) were tasty but they need to reconsider the type of pickle being used (in my humble opinion). The “current” pickle has too much liquid content so by the time you take your first bite, that lovely crunchy crust becomes limp and falls apart for the remainder of the “pickle enjoyment”. Love the fact they offer this in spears and not chips, THANK YOU FOR THAT!!

Such a fun place to grab a beer and bite in-between meetings or after work! They have great dishes and locally brewed beers right out of the back of the building! They have a great staff and are always helpful with food and drink selections! A great local spot in Bellingham to meet, greet and hangout!

When it comes to beer, you have to drink what you like; and, try some new ones. I asked the bartender for the flagship beers and ordered a Dawn Patrol Pacific Ale. It checks in at 5.4%, so a neutral choice for me. I had just finished a longer trail run and it was perfect; hit the palate just right and totally refreshing. I did not order food. Seating inside/outside and the staff were friendly. It was fairly busy when I stopped in. Also bought two 6packs to take back to Seattle. Great brewery!

We have eaten here five times and we're very happy with the number and quality of the many vegetarian options on the menu. Vegetarian poutine - what a wonderful surprise! The in-person dining was always very good except for one occasion when the fries were soggy. Some items, like the grilled cheese and poutine, are not suited for a to-go meal. Eat there in person if you can. The service was friendly and professional as well.

I’m new to the area and this was one of the first restaurants I’ve gone to. It’s clean, hip, and seems to be really popular. The grilled cheese was AMAZING, just a little pricy. Definitely recommend!
