Want different kinds of Asian cuisine? Got it. Feeling like some sushi? They have a person just for that. Fresh grilled meat and vegtables you can pick with some spice? Got it (try to throw a dollar the grillers way if possible). They need to try and work on the temperature of the restraunt and some customer service issues, but that's never been a personal issue. Along with a great variety of other food and desserts for mixed pallets, Wonderful Buffet might be the most satisfying choice of Chinese buffet in town.
Waitress were very friendly n attentive. Only thing was most of the food trays were empty. I had to request for more. Other than that it was superb.
The only buffet in Farmington that I will eat at. It's always clean and food is always fresh. Staff is friendly and attentive.

I would like to thank the Chef for making me a fresh plate of spicy octopus (they say squid, but there's just as much octopus in there). We haven't been able to eat there in a while, but it's always enjoyable. My usual: spicy octopus, noodles, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed shrimp n veggies, honey dipped shrimp and of course, egg drop soup.....
If we can't sit n eat, I try to take out....

If you got health issues and want to be healthy, stay home and make your own food steamed or broiled without any msg, sugar, salt, or oil.
Like most restaurants, when you eat out, food is full of salt, msg and oil and sugar and that is what makes the food taste good.
So Super Buffet is not for the health conscious, but for the ones that want to pig out and spoil yourself too all you can eat seafood, ice cream, greasy food that is not healthy but tastes good, this is the place for you.
I visit this place only like once a month and eat very healthy at home rest of the time with mainly just steamed veggies and steamed fish. (Yes my diet is pretty bland).
This place is like a treat that is part of the one day get away from Vancouver to just relax and do whatever I feel like to.
So far I think this is one of the best Chinese type all you can eat buffets that have plenty of choices, unending refills from the kitchen as well as good price. I've have been to others that cause digestive issues while food is not fresh and they don't refill food when there isn't many customers. So far, I can say their food is always hot and fresh while there are constant refills from the kitchen when something is out.
Again, If you looking for say no salt, no msg, no oil, no sugar, might as well stay home. If you got health issues such as high cholesterol, diabetes, this is NOT the place for you. If you are generally healthy, visiting this place once in a while will not hurt your health while the next few days you go back to a no salt, no sugar, no oil, bland diet to average out your week of overdose at this buffet. Despite it sounds bad, I still its still worth it to just relax once in a while and not being 100% perfectly healthy.

Wonderful buffet. Seems like prices have gone down recently. my guess is they're trying to stay competitive with super buffet down the street? food taste/variety is very decent for the price. but i would try to avoid their sushi and soups-they're terrible.
Repeat customer for sure. Can't go wrong when there is oysters and king crab legs! for the price paid, this place is definitely worth every penny!

Reading these negative comments here I don't know where these people usually eat, but there is nothing wrong with this place that I could see or taste. Variety is great. If one does not like one dish there are several others to choose from.
All in all Bellingham restaurants are not that great in general and usually are very pricy to boot. This place competes with all of the rest quite well.
Great deal Buffet. All you can eat crab, oyster and others for $12, is well worth the value. Not all the dishes was great, everything was just passable, but for the price you definitely can't go wrong with this selection.
Tried it for the first time and very satisfied with the food variety, quality and price. The seafood was good, the Chinese food very acceptable considering this review is coming from a Chinese person who eats in Richmond BC quite often. Old Country buffet in Bellis Fair Mall does not even come close My only gripe is that pop, juice not included in the $11.99 pricing. But hey, for this price, one can't complain as the food was quite good. Definately going back there again the next time I am in Bellingham. Haha, maybe next week!
Good enough with this price.. Had been there during the seafood buffet just last week. There were plenty of seafood to be chosen. Oysters, clams, crab legs were fresh. (at least at the time we re going, they are). We are very picky with food but their food were not bad at all. Hopefully they can keep up.
A buffet with meat, veggie, seafood and rice that are fresh with price that low?! You can spend more than that easily in any food court with fast food and food in lowest quality. It's certainly not a high end Chinese restaurant with high quality food and service. Just to be fair and ask yourself why you are there.
Wonderful it is!. Great oriental buffet for the price. Good selection of salads, soups, chicken, beef, pork, and seafood. They have about a dozen different sushi items too. When I had lunch here on a weekday, there was two large trays of prawns, and poached sole. Clean and courteous service. Definitely would come back.
LOVE IT. Great value on a great buffet. We go every time we head south of the border on a shopping trip. Be prepared to wait as the word is getting out that this is a great Chinese buffet!!

The name says it all!!. This truly is a WONDERFUL buffet!! Food is hot and fresh, so tasty, and is a super reasonable price. Only $6.50 for lunch! They also have a great dessert buffet which is included in the price! If your in Bellingham you have to try it!

One of the best buffets I have ever been to!
They constantly have fresh food coming out of the kitchen because they're that good and that busy. But don't let the crowd scare you, they move people in and out very quickly. And you never have to feel rushed. And if you hit a quiet moment around.. .3pm there will be lots of tables available. I have been a few times and have enjoyed it every single time! I always leave fully satisfied. The food is great and the restaurant is clean and the employees are very friendly. And the Price Is RIGHT! You can't get a better deal.

The food is fresh and fabulous. I bring it home all the time, and we feed the family of 3 for a very reasonable price. The seafood is usually cooked to perfection, and they have a nice variety of fresh (made right there) sushi.
Our favorites are the chicken skewers and the buttery shrimp. The sauces are light, not heavy and loaded with sugar.
The salad bar is nice, too.

This was totally worth it, especially if you like seafood. There were several shrimp dishes, crab, fish, tons of stir-fried veggies. Good selection and extremely fresh.
However, there are no salads or raw veggies here, unlike some other buffets that have salad bar.
The restaurant was packed on a Saturday at lunch and the staff were friendly. Contrary to other reviews, we did not feel watched at all. It was a nice, comfortable atmosphere and I would definitely go back.
I have gotten dirty looks for how much I've eaten there but its a buffet so I don't let it get to me. the food is fantastic and you cant beat the lunch price so if you want good food and don't care what the staff thinks I highly recommend it.

Delicious food I am only visiting bellingham, but This is my third time eating there in a week . Just like other time I was there they r really busy. I guess people must love their food , well I mean we can't say no to delicious food . My favor thing at this buffet is the sushi bar they have there , they have a sushi chief there making new sushi n making sure the sushi r Fresh . Unlike many other buffet sushi the rice on the sushi r very hard must seat there for long time not fresh . N their hot n sour soup r the best one I have taste , I love their fried chicken wing , the chicken stick , the Lo mein , the fried shrimp , chicken broccoli , n many many more delicious food , n they have lots of expensive seafood like crag leg , shrimp n many more for seafood lovers. N it a good deal to eat there don't need to spend lot to eat all u want . N the lady work there r very nice, I saw a lady came in ask to use the restroom she let her use it not like other place restroom for coustomer only .. I personality don't like to waste food so I only take little by little as I could finish . Don't waste food god give us food to eat not to waste . =)

Great food in town!. I don't know what are the other reviewer complained about. We were recommended by friends to go there for cheap and great foods. We did and now we have to go there every few days. Foods are always fresh and the place are always clean. And the peoples there are always friendly. Great place for gathering.Highly recommend it.
Ok Buffet. That was my wife's description for the Wonderful Buffet. On a Friday night, the place was packed. In general I liked it, a few exceptions: probably the worst hot and sour soup I have ever had. The crab was kinda washed out. Fried foods, a little greasy. However, I did like the calamari, pepper chicken, butter shrimp, and baked oysters.
I would go back, but my first choice in Chinese buffet's in Bellingham would be the Lychee Buffet.
They have a sushi bar and it is frequently replenished by the ‘sushi chef’ behind the counter. The sushi was not bad and exceeded my expectations. They have a variety of Asian pastries like fried donut, sesame balls...etc. They also have Western pastries like cream puffs, and Swiss rolls. I didn’t try any of them though so I can’t vouch for how it tasted. They have a variety of fresh and canned fruit. Oh, and some Jello. My first plate consisted of some sushi, a stuffed mushroom, a stuffed shrimp ball thing, and egg drop soup.
We couldn’t pick a worse timing to have a Seattle road-trip.
The first day of Easter long weekend, on top of Suzuki Ichiro was throwing the first pitch at the Mariners open, and not to mention the Sakura festival also happening at the same time.
We were stuck in traffic for six hours! We could have flown down to LA and back!
We were starving and arrived Wondeful Buffet 27 minutes before 3pm.
The waiter reminded us at the door that if we decided to have lunch, we only got 27 minutes. They will charge us dinner price if they found us taking the wrong food after 3pm. Sure. Their price was not bad either way.
One thing I love about Chinese buffet is that Chinese buffet is not really a popular thing back in Asia, but something created by Chinese immigrants. The idea was for foreigners to try as many Chinese cuisines as possible. The concept worked.
We basically cleaned out their shrimps, clams and mussels. Stuffed and satisfied.
The best in town in value, quality and variety of Asian food. Costume services are very good.
After covid19 we noticed the deference in cleanliness and improvement of quality of food and service. Thanks good guys for keeping it open and improving the quality and service.

Wonderful Chinese Buffet in Bellingham has really good food. The restaurant manager is really nice. I have talked to the manager to reserve ahead of time for a large group of orchestra students plus 7 chaperones and the Director, he was always really helpful. The restaurant is quite large, lots of food; there are 2 sections of the restaurant, he gave us 1 whole section of the restaurant which was a great idea with teenagers being hungry and tired after a whole day performance.
Probably the best buffet in town. Way to good of fried chicken for a Chinese buffet. I'd also recommend the walnut shrimp, but everything will satisfy you if your looking for some good American Chinese
Good value for a buffet. The food is fine, some odd things but overall good. Sadly the ice cream machine was broken. The washrooms are clean, no complaints there. The staff were very friendly and they cleared our plates are refilled our water really fast. I was impressed at the size of the restaurant. It was massive and had to sections at either end. The parking lot is also massive. Overall, everything was fine.
