Haggen is my favorite store. It's newly remodeled and has a beautiful look & cool vibe to it. I worked in the seafood dept. when it was first built.

From the wide walking path sidewalk in the middle of the parking lot to the amazing deli section, the meat counter, wines and entire selection in general, this is the best grocery store franchise in Washington.
Genuinely helpful, friendly employees ready to assist. Bakery that's the best I've ever seen in a grocery store. (As good as any bakery anywhere, although I'm sure some locals would vote for any one of the many excellent bakeries in B'ham.) Plenty of prepared foods for breakfast lunch and dinner. Prices are definitely higher than Freddy's and Safeway, but sometimes it's worth it.
Echo, at the Barkley Haggen, in the bakery, was very helpful in making some corrections to my daughters cake that I had picked up at the Sehome Haggen. Thank you Echo for helping make my daughter's Birthday special.
This place is really cool and has a lot of good produce items but the prices are a little wanky

I go to Haggen's off Woburn for their plants. They have big, beautiful, healthy plants cheaper than any of the garden stores I've tried.
