The food I was excellent and people who attend and served plate, nicely and helpful, I recommend this place to everyone.
I have yet to find anything on their menu which is not absolutely delicious. The Phö soups are good but if you want something aside from soup there is terryaki chicken or lemon grass pork. You really can't go wrong eating here!!!
Used to go to Pho restaurants in LA and little Saigon in Orange County. Pho Viet is by far the best of all.
I’m a regular, and can’t believe it’s taken me so long to give Pho Viet a review. Great food! Great people! Always a go to for me and my family for either dine in, or take out.

The best pho in town. Teriyaki chicken with shrimp is amazing. I love the spring rolls. And the cocktails. We will be coming back here at least once a week.

Love the spring rolls. Bobba drinks are tasty. Vegetarian Pho is full of veggies and tastes so good. No ambiance but when food is this good.. that is ok.

Pretty regular customer. My fiance loves the pho and I like trying something new. The young waitress (long black hair) is always so nice and recognizes us when we come in. Friendly, fast and delicious. *I also love the plants that crawl across the dining area.*
My family and I came from California heading home to Kennewick Washington, its our first time dining at Pho Viet & Cafe and it was delicious. What we loved the most was that the owner came and asked, How was the food? The food is a 10, we will be stopping again. Thank you

I haven’t had such a flavorful and rich BUN BO HUE since it was at my mother’s house over 15years ago. The food was really enjoyable, the employees commanded excellent service very attentive and communicative, and even thought it was packed, you could still have your own little privacy. Definitely a place we recommend as well as a place we’ll return to. If you’re ever in the area, don’t miss the experience… this may be one of the best ones around.
I ordered the Chicken Pho. It was at my table in under 5 minutes. Super fast service! The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful with light piano music playing in the background. Also they had this cool tree! Would eat here again.

It was delicious! This review is from a couple months ago.
The only reason for not giving five stars is that it is cash only - which was fine! But I ordered over the phone, and no one mentioned only cash (or cash extremely preferred). When I arrived, the person taking my payment was incredibly displeased that I tried to pay with card. I mentioned that was my first time going to this place, and that there was no mention of cash preference when I placed the order over the phone. They did end up taking my card. Now that I know, I am prepared to pay with cash and the food is amazing! So definitely worth it. But it needs to be communicated more clearly that paying with card is an issue for them, or at least maybe treated with a little more grace, especially since you never know who is a first time customer. I know the credit card fees are atrocious for business owners - but it was pretty weird to be made to feel like that should be my concern as a customer 🤔. Delicious food, service could have been better - but I will still be back for more!
The food here is very delicious, I can eat it every day and meet very cute waiters, especially the Vietnamese girl.
Absolutely fantastic food. It was very busy when we had dinner so everything took a long time, but it was most assuredly worth the wait. The food is just bursting with flavor. The pho broth might just be the best I’ve ever had. I wish we lived in Bend just so we could eat here all the time!

I have eaten here many times and the food is absolutely delicious. Ive tried many things on the menu - ginger pho, beef combo pho, beef tendons, vermicelli, beef salad, pad Thai, spring rolls - it’s all really delicious. I’ve tried many Vietnamese restaurants in Texas and Oregon and this is definitely a favorite. I wish they would get on DoorDash and put some effort into updating the decor but that is just a too lazy to pick up and ambiance preference. If what you are after is delicious authentic healthy food, this is the best in Bend.
Wow, recommend going. Great food and service. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food came out very quickly. Atmosphere is ok. Not bad, not anything to get excited about. They do have pictures on the walls of the food, and those order number....so you can browse by picture if you like.
Had the shrimp/pork rolls, small Pho w/ beef,, and teriyaki chicken. All very good. Chicken was really tasty. Small Pho is a good amount of food.

The Pho came out with the meat in the Pho (I'm used to meat and veggies coming separate). Not an issue per se, but the meat will be well done regardless of what you do. Also, not a huge amount of veggies (sprouts, etc). Not an issue, just noting it.
Very authentic Viet cuisine, each dishes taste is well balanced and not too salty like others Viet restaurants. The dishes is cooked with standard. Protein is tender and juicy too. Bun Bo Hue noodle is soft springy and very good textured. Wanton is also very juicy and fresh.
We enjoyed the pho Broth, which had lots of flavor. But the special pho only comes in large or x large, which I didn't understand. Way too much noodles given. Also price was really high. We also ordered kids pho for our 2 kids, most kids pho is small portion and they had more noodles that my pho bowl had. And it ended up way to soggy. Kids pho was overpriced as well.
The menu had a million things, which I think overwhelms the customer a bit. They would check up on you every 3 min. Which I find that annoying. I don't want to answer to a qs when my mouth is full. I'm so so with this place. But would come back if I feel like spending alot of money.

Surprised to find a Vietnamese place here in Bend.
Coming from Toronto, I had my fair share of good Vietnamese food. I decided to give this place a try when we were searching for dinner on a Sunday night during our stay here at Bend. And was pleasantly surprised. The place wasn’t very spacious but was busy.
We ordered pho 🍲 and some spring rolls. They were not bad, a bit pricy compared to Canada but at least we don’t pay sales tax here 😂
The server was very nice and honest!
