Excellent Marionberry pie and fabulous chicken salad sandwich !
Food, Drinks pie or shakes come out in a timely manner. The waiters and waitress are well uniformed and polite.

Shari's does have good food for a chain restaurant, I have been to several Shari's in many locations... and they all have the same layout, which is nice.... They are VERY stingy on their portions for the price you pay (which is on the high side for a coffee shop).... To sum it up... Good food, small portions, priced $$
Look for coupons, which help offset the $$
Great stop on a long roadtrip! Our server was very sweet and friendly, and the food was amazing. I had the Country Fried Steak with the seasonal vegetables and the mashed potatoes.
We had the greatest experience with Shari's Cafe and Pies in Bend, Or for our wedding. Two days before the wedding they notified us that they could not get a certain flavor we had chosen and offered us the available flavors. The pie we chose in replacement of the out of season one ended up costing more than the original flavor we had chosen and they swapped it at no extra cost to us. All of our guests really enjoyed the pies and so did we! Thank you Shari's of Bend for all of your help!

Main reason for 5 stars is because of the waitress named Annie. We came from another local restaurant that we could not 'bear' the service - they were very shorthanded. Walking up to Shari's there was a sign on the door stating they were shorthanded as well but we decided to give it a try anyways (5 in our party). Another waitress said she'd be right with us and that was it. After a few minutes we saw Annie staring her shift and notice is just sitting. She came right over, told us she was not our waitress but would take our drink order. We told her we were ready and she went ahead and took our order. She also brought our drinks and served our food... still staying she was not our waitress. Well, our not waitress (Annie) took very good care of us. We truly appreciate that and give her credit for serving a table that was not hers. Food was great, as you can see on the picture and we even got a free slice of pie (Wednesday special).
The food was great but best of all was the service from Debi. We had seven adults and three children. We felt welcome and weren’t rushed. She was amazing at getting every order exactly right and was somehow there each time we needed her help. We had driven from Tacoma Washington to spend a bit of time with family and this was the perfect spot for a wonderful, fun, silly, relaxing breakfast.
Just went in and they are short staffed but were amazing. They went above and beyond to get me a whole banana cream pie. I did not catch their names. One guy was a manager(pretty sure) and the other 2 girls one with brown hair and one with blond hair were absoulurly amazing They made me feel welcome while running around servicing everyone at the same time. I will be back again for sure. 10 million stars.🤩🤩🤩🤩
We initially went there to just gamble but ended up ordering some pie and coffee. The pie was super good as it always is but the food seemed to be very "corporate". Like the portions were painfully weighed just exactly like however it was ordered from corporate, which I understand but it was a little pricey for the portions we got. It was good though. We ordered an omelette and french toast and a coffee and a soda and a milk and our bill was a little over $40... all in all it was good. Idk if our service was hit and miss because we were sitting in the back at the poker machines or if she was really busy out front. Regardless, we will go back again.
Very good stuffed hash browns. We did have a small problem with her eggs, was undercooked, the waiter swiftly apologized, took the plate away and a few minutes later came back with the correct eggs, also comped me for the eggs. Kudos for customer service.
Absolutely AMAZING! Our family was just passing through and we were all craving a delicious meal after driving for almost eight hours. We stopped here and loved the atmosphere. We had five kids with us and the staff was so patient and kind. Our food was served quickly and oh gosh it was delicious. The pancakes were light and fluffy,eggs had just three right amount of cheese, and the hash browns sausage and bacon were cooked just right.
We will definitely eat here anytime we pass through on our trips.
My favorite place to get breakfast! Definitely recommend the breakfast burrito, but honestly everything on the menu is amazing. Staff is always friendly and service is great!
Always fresh, clean and a friendly staff! Those workers are exhausted but always smiling and pleasant. Love the marionberry cheesecake!
Such good pie. Poor girl was swamped and the only waitress. She did an amazing job.
I had my Covid take out dinner and I really enjoyed it. Country fried steak for dinner and a slice of chocolate cream supreme for desert. Yum Yum Yum!
