This is my wife and I favorite mexican place. Never had a bad meal here. Sometimes you have to wait a while for a table when you come on the weekends but its always worth it ����
Customer service was spot on, attentive & courteous. Our food came out in good time, & was hot. I would recommend!
My sister & I went to On The Border for Cinco De Mayo, so it was pretty packed. We waited maybe 45 min for a table but there were other things to do while you waited , either the inside bar or outside ( they were prepared for the holiday) ! The food was great ! Although it was extremely busy the food did not take long to come out & was hot . Our waitress was friendly , knew the menu and all specials . The environment is friendly for kids but would not suggest it as there is a bar so obviously people will get drunk and may not act appropriately. This was my first time there and would return again !

Went on a Tuesday night. It was fairly empty. The server was great. Very attentive and gave us amazing suggestions. The food came out quickly and everything was good. Very happy with everything
Been here 5 times and everytime the service is quick and the food/drink is excellent. Definitely one of the best Mexican chain restaurants around!
Thank you Jon and Joe and all the managers and staff for helping Valley Elementary have a successful Give back night! Everyone was so please with this fundraiser, and we can't wait to join you all again. Service was above and beyond from setting it up and until the last of our many customers left! We've been here 3 times and the service is great. Food comes out on time, very delicious food items. The staff is very pleasant and pros at what they do. On Friday night I had one of your burritos and I was surprised by the size. I'm a big guy but I had to tap out, lol. Keep up the excellent service.
It's a great clean place, with ok service,depending on who's your server. I always get the steak and shrimp fijita; it's the best!
Food and service great , try the Gran Papa..Delicious! The enchiladas, the Cheese Chili Relleno all good choices. Also today tried the fried cheese cake dessert. Strawberry cheesecake chimis
Service and drinks were out of this world! The shrimp we ordered was not cooked properly and our server removed it from the check (sweet angel), the fish tacos were very bitter and there was a hair in my rice.
The tortillas were perfect but I wouldn’t eat here again, just drink
I’ve been to this location a few times and each time I’ve came the food and service were excellent. The drinks are nice and strong which is a plus for me
This is one of our favorite chain restaurants. We enjoy the complimentary homemade tortilla chips and salsa. Food is consistently good but obviously not authentic. Their house margaritas are delicious. Sometimes to change it up we get one of their specialty margaritas. We always receive great service. I believe management's been there a long time. In regards to pricing they are in line with other chain restaurants and have specials regularly.
We were there last week for dinner. The server was excellent. I had the brisket tacos which were very good. The server was very attentive. I don't go there very often even though it's close to where I live. But when I do I'm always very pleased with everything.

Ash was our server, and she was so patient with our party of eight, many of whom had never been to an On The Border before. She let my three year old “help” with the table side guacamole, which he was absolutely THRILLED to do. So thankful for the good food and great service
Food was good. My daughter isn't a fan of Mexican food but they were able to make her a cheese quesadilla since she was out voted on where to eat 🤣
I forgot to give them my loyalty member number or phone number since I downloaded the app and had a thing for a free non alcoholic beverage. So don't forget that if you download the app before you go!
The atmosphere was amazing!!! The food was yummy.. it was a little greasy.. The drinks ( adult beverages delicious!!! I'd definitely come back for a drink!
Had a good time. We were able to be seated almost right away on a Thursday at dinner time. Everyone was able to get something that they liked. Even my picky eater was able to find something on the kids menu they would eat (not a fan of spicy/Mexican.) I had the Gran Papi and it was a great selection of different foods.

Always a good experience here. The food is always hot and the flavor never disappoints. Our service is always quick and I've been dining at this establishment since approximately 2004. They have great quesadillas, enchiladas, fajitas, and empanadas! Their margaritas are also fantastic! Average restaurant pricing in my opinion.
Great night, celebrating a friend's birthday. The food was good, drinks were awesome and the service was amazing! I think the atmosphere could use an update but the bar area and patio look great.

Great quality food that is well prepared. Great service and price at anytime. Lunch or dinner this is the spot to go.
Ordered 3 tacos - chicken tinga, fish, and ground beef. It also came with a side of rice and refined beans. I also got a melon margarita. Complimentary chips and salsa were provided.
The tacos were good but the rice was kinda dry and hard. The margarita was perfect and I could taste the liquor. The service was great.
Love the margaritas but they’re starting to taste too sweet.. I always get the pineapple but lately it’s been tasting spicy so I had to send it back each time. Now I just get the watermelon margarita.
I absolutely LOVE On the Border . Where else can you have guacamole made fresh at your table ? Introducing Guacamole Live .... They bring all the ingredients out and make it . They ask if there is anything you don't like , If you don't like cilantro - they don't put it in .
Southwest chicken tacos and Brisket tacos are two of my favorites. Top it off with a Perfect Patron margarita .... what more do you need .
