Finding fresh Calamari from the Pacific Ocean is a breeze if your near Seabreeze Market and Deli. The food here is prepared to order and is outstanding. Fresh coffee and pastries are also available. Then there are those times that you have to stop and just recognize that you are at one of the most beautiful places in the world. Makes this stop extra special.
Great little spot right on the bay trail. Very bike friendly, selling a wide variety of seafood, sandwiches, salads, snacks, and really solid espresso coffee! Could not ask for more when I'm out on a ride.
A local treat! Chowder is made fresh and Available every day, bread bowls only Fri Sat Sun. Very good, lots of clams. The real treat is the catfish! Got it as a lettice wrap. Fresh cooked, hot and well seasoned. Just fantastic! Homeless have been relocated 2 weeks ago, none to be seen.
Don’t pass this place up! Delicious fries, and great fried seafood. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Perfect place for an after walk meal.
Had an opportunity to revisit Seabreeze in Berkeley on a beautiful day after a 20 year absence. Ordered the prawn basket (4 large ones) which came with fries and coleslaw. The prawns require 3-4 bites each and they were so delicious and filling, I was only able to eat 2...saving the other 2 for my snack🦐🍟🥤
Surprisingly good food with a short wait. The folks working there were very friendly and working their butts off in a hot space. The place just needs a little cleaning and a coat of paint.
Seabreeze, a primitive, but popular diner,outside eating, don't know the menu, but it looks good,hotdogs,burgers and a big plate of.......ummn.........nachos. The local flavor here is come as you are. I'm here often, tho not for the dining. I pick up bike parts from the Hovel, the series of tents across the street. Very nicely priced, if anyone's is curious.The bike parts I mean. As I mentioned I don't know the menu.
