Very happy this place exists. I started off my coffee adventure going to Starbucks in the plaza next door, arriving at 1402, only to find they shut at 2pm!!! Dunkin' was well and truly open, fully staffed and serving excellent coffee. The donuts were so good I had to go back for seconds before I could leave! However, they only get 4* because the lady who served me my second helping of donuts went from sorting money from the cash register with bare hands to scooping up my donuts. Even though she used a slip of paper I think some alcohol gel was warranted first.

Seriously blown away with how friendly the staff is here. I accidentally ordered my coffee too sweet. I went back to stand in line to ask if they wouldn’t mind making me a new one, and they pulled me out of line to help me and make my coffee less sweet. They made it quickly and with kindness. It was even a free drink I got on the app. The staff is hard working and thankful. Friendly begets friendly. Treat everyone with kindness and you will receive kindness back. Compared to NYC locations, this Dunkin’ is 10x better.

I just wanted to leave a nice review because this Dunkin is incredibly well-run; the manager was involved in running the shift that day and they were incredibly friendly and definitely on top of the breakfast rush that was in full swing.

I have been working almost 2 years by this area, and i love to come every morning to this DD place, the stuff are very friendly, place is nice and clean, even the manager is lovely and friendly with the customers, nice place

Have been coming here regularly for about one year with no problems, until last week. First, I ordered curbside pickup and after ten minutes I went inside. I was told they showed no order. When I showed them my phone with the order confirmation and that my card was charged, they said there was nothing they can do. So I had to order another coffee inside. After getting the coffee, I realized I was charged over $2.50 too much. When I brought it up, I was told “oh we got a new system and some of the prices ring up wrong”. That was it. No offer to refund me or fix the problem. Since then the same thing has happened two more times. Both times I pointed out I was being charged too much and they canceled it out and entered the correct figure. When I explained that they can’t keep charging too much and hoping no one notices I was told “it’s not our fault, we got a new system and sometimes it charges too much”. The manager was not there any of the three times. So make sure that you are being charged the right amount because they are happy to charge too much and hope you don’t notice. Edit: originally gave 1 star because of experience above, but since then, I have been going almost every day and the staff is amazing, friendly and quick. Other than the problem switching to the nee system, everything has been great there.
