This is my "go-to" place for a good home-cooked breakfast. The food is great, whether you are having buttermilk pancakes, the country coverup, a breakfast burrito or their three egg breakfast. Their fresh ground Henderson coffee is so good that I usually have 3-4 cups. The service is very prompt and friendly. Places like this are hard to find anymore. Thank goodness we found this one!
Best coffee in town. They fresh grind coffee beans. Yum! Worth driving across town for!
Omg this place is soooo great! I had the chicken fried chicken and it was excellent. The house salad dressing is to die for and Nikki is a fabulous waitress!
Buffalo burger. So i went to Big buffalo grill yesterday as i heard they had actual buffalo burgers and i had to try it. Definitely one of the best burgers i've had in a while, even though it's a healthy choice compare to other burgers, it still maintained its juiciness and the taste was something to die for. They have homemade fries and chips which are super fresh and delicious. My waiter, Nikki, was awesome also. If you go in there, ask for her, she WILL take care of you!!! I think the place is owned by some old people that still follow some traditional recipes in their menu. They have awesome selection (burgers, sandwiches, breakfast, etc.) and also they run daily specials that i heard it can be very good. Overall , I'm very satisfied with Big buffalo grill. Sometimes these small diners are the best choices out there , you just have to give them a chance. By the way, their price range is really good, Most things under $9. try it and you will not regret it
Good food for a great price! We moved into the neighborhood a few years back and saw this place. First time we went in noticed a few things, dated decor, great service, and a clean resturant. This is our favorite breakfast place and my husband likes it more than the local breakfast chain. The food is reasonably priced, great omlets, and great service! We will continue to enjoy or local breakfast spot!
Outstanding. Ate lunch there yesterday and the service and prices are outstanding. I had the chicken fried steak, and my wife their famous buffalo burger. All the food came promptly and hot. The waitress came and checked on our drinks three times during our lunch. The place is full of locals, and most were regulars. I rate it higher than Annie Okie's Runway Cafe, and Ann's Chicken Fry House in the same area.
Great place to eat. Not only do they serve a great breakfast (and cheap), they have rotating lunch specials that are awesome too. Their menu is pretty diverse...big pork chops, lots of sandwiches, salads, etc. Their signature item is the Real Buffalo Burger, an all buffalo meat hamburger that is just awesome.
The place is family owned. The M-F waitresses are awesome ladies. You go there twice and they know your name and remember what you want to drink.
Real buffalo burgers!!. My wife and i were driving around for lunch and wanted to try something new and came across big buffalo grill. the place is pretty cozy inside. I'm not sure where these guys are from but the sure do make great food. i tried the buffalo burger and my wife had the chicken fried chicken special and both of us had a fabulous meal. the prices were unbelievably cheap for the quality of food and i was very satisfied with my waitress"Nicki". definitely recommend it to anybody around the area!! i would rate it a B+
Good food for breakfast and lunch. Fries are some of the best around - hand cut and actually made there (not from a bag)
Lunch. I stopped by this place on Friday and had a very pleasant experience. Customer service was great and my waitress was very professional. She suggested the roast beef sandwich and it was the best i ever had. My brother tried their buffalo burger and he also was very fond of it. I like restaurants such as big buffalo grill because the owners have to work extra hard to keep customers and i would definitely go there again!!! recommend it to everybody that is around that area!!
Surprised In a Good Way!. I drove by this place several times on my way to work and finally decided to explore it because I noticed there was always a full parking lot. At first, I thought it must just have a good breakfast menu. However, not only does it serve breakfast, but it serves a great lunch as well.
The service is very friendly and helpful. Being on a diet, I was concerned. However, my waitress suggested I try a buffalo patty because it's meat is very lean and a house salad without the cheese and use their homemade salsa as the dressing. Wow! Was she correct!!!
Now I can also recommend before I started this diet their homemade potato chips with their homemade garlic dressing. It's to die for.
I enjoy supporting these independent little restaurants or cafes because they are disappearing and being replaced by chains all over the place. It's a part of Americana that we should enjoy and take our kids and grandkids to experience before they are gone.
Eating here was like visiting a family of not only the staff but other diners who all seemed to get along well.
Local Haunt. Yeah, it's no world beater, but it does offer pretty solid food. The breakfast is good, and the burgers also.
The people who run the place are there everyday so you can become a regular with ease.
If you live in the area, you will want to add this to your list of local places.
This is me and my husband’s go to place to eat. It’s a great diner! We have ordered, breakfast, lunch, and dinner and were happy with all our meals. Coffee is hot and fresh. Servers are all very friendly and helpful. If something isn’t right tell them and they will make it right.
I've eaten here a number of times and have always enjoyed it ! I believe they have different daily specials on different meals. The burger and fries are always a solid choice from them , & they have good breakfasts as well , diner type of atmosphere.
O use to love thus place. The other day they charged me 24 bucks for 3 blueberry pancakes... I will never go there again .... never again
It had been several years since last I visited this cafe. My wife and I along with our grandson had lunch. Wife had chicken fried steak, grandson had salmon & I had the special of the day roast. The food was good, not great. My grandson had a side of soup that came out cold. The waitress quickly corrected the matter and he said it DID taste good. Portions were the right size. Staff was friendly and as mentioned took care of concerns quickly. We all decided that we would be back at another time.
Such a cozy sweet dinner! We've only been for breakfast but it's clean and friendly; definitely recommend the crunchy French toast!
