Fantastic spot! I had their fried chicken and had to ask our waitress if my mama was in their kitchen! The food was delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely visit The Bayou again.
Excellent!!. The food was so delicious, our group had a variety of dinners and everyone, left there amazed, and we all will definitely go again. We had a great waitress. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Great meal! The collard greens are the best around! reservations may be hard to get at times but service at the bar is just as good and they have a really good happy hour!
Amazing food and drinks, fun atmosphere and the service was amazing. I think our servers name was jacquline. So sweet and friendly. I recommend the hush puppies. Prices are decent too, great for a night out

Service and food was very good. Both entrees were cooked to perfection this is probably my 3rd time well worth the money spent, cocktails were excellent also.
Worth the one hour drive from NJ! Delicious appetizers, ribs, and jalapeño margaritas. Wait staff was terrific. Hope to go back.

We were at lunch so no music. The gumbo was great. If one does not like “heat”, this isn’t for them! It is better with cornbread topped with syrup and flavored butter.
Relaxed atmosphere. The hardest part was finding it. Streets run in all different directions. Parking might be tight sometimes.
Those who know me would say I’m biased with my review but even with that being said, the service is always exceptional. Wait staff polite and attentive, bartenders friendly and fast, and management always goes out of their way to make sure your experience there has been excellent. Food is always up to par. Would recommend Bayou (Beth or Easton) to anyone who hasn’t been. Although, really, who hasn’t been there yet? Haha
We went to the Bayou for the first time today for lunch. What a great experience! The food was excellent and the staff was super nice and friendly. I only have one small complaint which is the charge for “rocks” when you order a Scotch. Seems very petty. I have been to restaurants in many cities and countries but the only ones who ever put a charge on my bill for ice have been here in Bethlehem.

Love ❤️ the Bayou. Food was excellent as always. I had the Shrimp Po Boy and my husband had the Fried Butter Milk Chicken. Appetizer was some yummy corn bread. Jalepeno Margaritas for drinks. We ate outside on their lovely patio. This is truly one of our favorite restaurants.

The Brisket Mac & Cheese was a great way to start our meal but be aware it is a large portion easily shared between 3 to 4 people. My brisket sandwich was tasty, juicy, and the bread was super fresh. Highly recommend The Bayou!
This restaurant is incredible!! We wanted to try a local spot after a trip to the casino and we are so thrilled that we did. The menu is unique and has lots of options. My husband, who is not a huge foodie, ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich... he said it was the best thing he's ever eaten. Hush puppies were amazing and so were jalapeño grits. We will definitely be taking the drive back to eat here again, delicious!!

We had a great time, the food was delicious, some dishes had more spice than we anticipated, but still very good. The only thing that was off was the chicken and waffles. The syrup on it was very different. My friend ended up getting something different.
I personally enjoyed the mac and cheese with the ham and peas. I also tried the mac and cheese with the brisket. Both were delicious. My favorite dish were the pierogi's. I cannot wait to go back for that dish alone!
My only complaint was how annoyed our server was with our group when we asked for separate checks. But we made sure to tip her well. I know being a server is a hard job.
This was the most amazing southern food I have ever had! We were looking for a last minute dinner place and my boyfriend’s uncle recommended this place. The food was absolutely amazing and the desserts are top tier! The Mac n cheese was so good! My boyfriend had the chicken and waffles and I had the catfish and oh my god…I was living my best life!😍 I highly recommend this place to everyone! 💕
Really enjoyed this restaurant. Food is 5 stars and gluten free options are available which helps since I can't have gluten! It's pricey but the food worth every penny.
