Food was great as it always. Waitress and service was good. Prices of the food went up a bit but does not subtract from my experience.
We ate at 11:30 because lunch special was Mon --fri and I had the street tacos and my daughter had the American burger. The waitress was quick and very kind. The kitchen got our food out like snip snap. Everything was GREAT π
Great service, great staff, as a tourist they gladly put up my out of town ball game on one of the monitors, pretty quick about it too. I always appreciate that. My only ding is I ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad and it wasn't enough to fill me up. I had to ask for the menu back to get something else. And they were out of my favorite bourbon. I got the last of the bottle, and there wasn't another. But I will be going back. Fun place.
Had a great experience coming to town, just like every bdubs I've been to in different cities. Consistency, quality, service. I get my usual and can not complain, happy to see a quality of service has been implemented. Even had a couple words with the general manager, nice guy. Will come back!
Truthfully the minute we came in the door we were kind of tried to be deterred from entering. Right away the hostess said it'll be a 45 minute wait for food. There were many empty tables and a couple of workers, we believe to be workers, sitting down on the bench out front welcoming us in.We asked if we could sit at the bar and she said sure just wait for them to clean up the spot. So I walked up there and we sat down and we got our drinks right away. But then we were ignored for like 10 minutes. I mean really would not turn towards our direction. But after that the food came out quickly it was absolutely delicious.
I was surprised cuz it was Friday night and it wasn't that busy really. I would recommend going here because the food is really yummy.
Pretty standard B-Dubs. We went middle of the day, so not terribly busy. The only issue was that folks who came in well after us had orders taken and served before us. Maybe I'm just old school, but I still think that people should be served in order of arrival. Otherwise, no issues.
Our food was a little slow, but the atmosphere and service more than made up for it. Never felt ignored, always taken care of. Mackenna, our server, did a fantastic job. Very sweet and professional
Food was wonderful...we were there for a TNR Mecosta charity fundraiser.
Typical B-dubs visit. We have always had great survice and better than average food quality. Prices have not gone sky high lately like many other restaurants.
Good place to get a variety of spicy wings
Family outing went well accommodations for more senior or crippled folk are a little lacking if you have that need.
All around friendly and inviting.
Stopped by to watch TNF and had the best bar tender Matt. He was attentive and funny. Food was great as well.
I was with friend's after they had moved their son to his Freshman Year at Ferris State University in Big Rapids. We'd gone n done a little more shopping for a few more needed items at the Walmart near campus. Decision on what or where to have supper before we took him back to campus. It was either Subway or Buffalo Wild Wings π€π€, Bdubs it was. We only had to wait til for a few seconds while a booth was cleared and cleaned. I was a bit concerned that I'd be regulated to a salad n maybe onion ring's, cheese sticks, or fries since we were at Buffalo Wild Wings, meat meat n more meat lol!!! But, when I looked closely at both sides of the menu, I was greatly surprised to see that they offer Cauliflower Wings πβπ. I was happy to see that I had a vegetarian option n those customer's that eat meat are not bein compromised in only way. I've come to see/hear that when a restaurant offers plant based option's, some customer's get in an uproar thinking that their not goin to be able to enjoy the usual variety or choice of real meat. That is so very far from reality, I don't understand why some would feel like they're bein singled out or punished somehow. It's just that some established businesses are finding that they lose profits, because those of us who eat plant based diets find very little options for dining. Even if you get a tradional burger without the meat, your still charged for it as if you had ordered it normally. This too I can understand, these business's are here to profit not lose it. Possibly further down the road these n other's will offer plant based burger alternatives, like the Beyond Burger's or Impossible Burger's for those who prefer this brand instead. I prefer the Beyond Burger as it's Non GMO.
The server was fantastic. She was also fast and friendly. Manger stopped by the table to make sure everything was good.
It is a Buffalo Wild Wings. Food is exactly what I would hope from them, delicious. Never had a problem with staff, service, or food. Go here if you like BDubs!
Arrived around 8 pm, kind of late. A party of 3. Wasnt packed. We were very well attended, dood was excellent and prices were as expected. No surprises
