I'll keep it short and sweet, flavor, presentation, atmosphere and staff make this a must go to place in Billings. To many people now a'days are afraid of the word Vegan assuming no meat equals no flavor. That's not the case nor the attitude you should take t'words food. The mount of flavor and care they put into all the dishes they create is no less then exquisite. Coming from someone like myself who took to veganism aver 2 years ago this establishment will satisfy your hunger and wake your taste buds. I look forward to going back to try there next creation which i'm sure will satisfy many including myself. Thank you for the amazing experience and going against the norm to what is by today standards needs to improve. from my family to your you have a customer for life and wish you all the best on your food endeavor.

The Grotto's interior design feels like it should be a cocktail lounge rather than a taproom, with music more suited to downtown Honalulu, than downtown Billings. It's decor seems pretentious, out of place, full of contradictions... And I love it. At the Grotto, It's easy to get caught up in the fun and to enjoy yourself. With its all-vegan menu and wide range of excellent kombuchas, its one of the more fun foodie experiences in Billings

Really loved the ambiance and the building itself. The drinks were exquisitely crafted and worth the visits by themselves. But I also had a delicious brunch. The food was fresh, tasty, creative, full of exciting ingredients and beautiful plated. Seems very new, so the Grotto may have a few tiny kinks to work out in service and decor but I will definitely be going back to see those elements evolve as I work my way through all the bevarge and food options.
