Not really 5 stars but this review is for the Grand store and it needs to be seen. I am standing in Dominos right now, 11 people working their butts off to fill orders on this busy Friday night, everyone seems to be doing their part to the best of their abilities, however, one employee, a woman who seems to be pulling pizzas from the oven and boxing them is YELLING constantly at the other employees. Demeaning, discouraging things that is making the atmosphere in this new dominos almost unbearable. You can see the faces of the other workers just irritated and frazzled by the busyness and fully oppressed by this woman's demeanor. I live right around the corner from this dominos and usually we have a great experience. Just found out she is a manager and her name is Lynn. I live in Billings MT. Couldn't not say anything, so .... posting on here because I'm sure I won't get a response from Lynn or my review will get deleted.

I placed an order online and picked up in store. The staff were friendly and patient and the food was made fast. I used the online coupon which is two items for $5.99 each. I ordered a medium crunchy thin crust pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage, and Pasta Primavera. I love the meat on the pizza, especially some pepperoni was crunchy too. It also has some spice on the pizza which I don’t know the name but surely it is the BBQ thing. The pasta has onions, tomatoes, spinach, and creamy Alfredo sauce. It looks like has very little pasta, but actually, there are a lot is hidden in the bottom. I love both items, and I will try a different one next time.
I had some major issues with the first delivery driver that was sent to my address. I called the store and spoke to Josh. He was really great at making the situation right. He ended up giving me my order for free AND a $25 credit for the next time, PLUS he had my order remade and sent out again. Great job!! Thank you soooo much Domino's.
Accuracy was spot on. Our order was delivered in under 30 minutes. Temperature of pizza.ans chicken were so hot still; it was as if they came straight out of our oven.
