We went on Friday night and it was PACKED. Even with a reservation we still had to wait in line a good 10 minutes. The atmosphere is loud and lively, not what I was expecting. The chefs prepare the sushi visibly, near the bar. The food was AMAZING and the menu is awesome. I got the North Shore roll and it was super good. Husband got the shrimp hibachi. His only complaint was the rice was chicken fried rice and didn't taste like the classic hibachi fried rice. All in all very good, excited to return.
the best food for the best prices, hands down. been here a lot but it was my first time getting drinks here and they were super good and quite strong (no complaints here!) the food also came very quickly. the whole vibe is just lovely as well as everyone working. i always have a really good experience here i’ll always recommend it!
First time at Hajime. Somewhat casual atmosphere not formal. Our party of four started with some edamame which was very tasty. For the main course we ordered several rolls both cooked and uncooked. Including a white dragon roll and poison spider roll, two of my favorites. We also had a sweet and sassy roll a volcano roll and others. All the rolls were very good and reasonably priced. Drinks were good as well. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Now go make some reservations and get some sushi.
We absolutely loved our experience and food! Thank you to our wonderful server who had many tables but kept up with all of them. I wish I knew her name to thank her personally. Delightful atmosphere and would suggest for all!
The sushi is amazing!! And they offer a tattoo roll that is perfect for my husband because he doesn't eat seafood AT ALL and the tattoo roll is beef. I will absolutely keep coming back for more!
Wonderful experience! Waitress was kind and prompt. The sushi 🍣 was fantastic. Stripped bass #1 Salmon #2 Tuna #3. The calamari was cooked to perfection. The Wasabi was fresh. Was not a fan of the ginger soaked in vinegar. The Tokyo punch drink 🍸was a treat. Can't wait to come back for more!
Five in five for amazing sushi and service. The chef is amazing here and the food is fresh. They got amazing deals on happy hour and lunch menu. The specialty rolls are where it’s at. We got volcano and sweet and sassy and both were pretty good. We followed up with a couple of classics like Philly for the cream cheese and yellow tail cause we wanted something spicy. The beer on tap was only 2.50 during happy hour 🍻 so that was a great deal to accompany sushi.
Really good! I was surprised to see that it was so big inside because it certainly doesn’t seem that way inside. Being in Club West, I love how close it is to home.
Had a very large selection of sushi and other items. Sushi tasted good. Servers were polite and prompt at lunch.
They have a happy hour menu for sushi, which was nice to be able to try various rolls for a bit cheaper.
