Congratulations on your 99A Food Service Inspection, dining area and restroom was very clean thanks to servicing attendant Mr Matt. Ms Brenda is a patient and caring food service trainer.

Was on vacation camping hiking and staying at hotels in the area and one day decided to have a quick light lunch before dinner. Stopped at this McDonald's at the drive-thru expecting to use my mobile app. Never before in hundreds of times using the app at McDonald's have I been presented with such a pleasurable experience and competent worker. The lady speaking to me asked if I would be using my mobile app which I have never been asked before. It usually is a whole rigmarole when you get to the window whether they can scan this OR type that code etc etc. She was so pleasurable that when I got up to the window I decided to tell her that she was the most pleasurable and helpful McDonald's lady I've ever had. Of course I asked for her name and told her I'd be writing a good review about her. Even though this was nearly two months ago I'm just getting to doing the review now. Her name was Brenda. So if any of you managers or corporate executives are reading this review just know you need to give Brenda a pay raise or a promotion ASAP. In a world of brash fast food workers especially in this day and age she stood above all of the rest and would have won the gold medal.
