Having been in the food service business for a long time i was anxious to try another “down home” place. This place is a diamond in the rough. The menu selection is surprisingly diverse and made it hard to decide as the items all looked so yummy. My wife opted for the renowned Mugsy burger. She is very timid to try new food things and this did not let her down. Was amazing and huge. I opted for the French dip. OMG!! The bun was delicious, the shaved prime rib was perfect. And the Au jus was on point. I am hoping to see them around for a while. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu. Five stars to the place you guys rock !!!
First time eating here, and we loved everything about our experience!!! My wife ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and could not stop talking about it. And my burger.......oh that Mugsy burger......It may possibly be the best burger I have ever had. Service was amazing! Jarrett was extremely nice, professional, and kept checking up on us in a very timely manner. We are going to be making this restaurant a usual place for us to come and eat!
I drive past every day to go to work. I was so excited to see a restaurant in the building, and brought my family in this evening for dinner. My husband ordered the angry burger, which he said is delicious! He was impressed that it was so good and was sad he couldn't finish it all. I got the chicken broccoli alfredo, and I loved it! I'd never had homemade alfredo sauce before, and it was amazing. On top of that, the plate looked beautiful! My son (13 months) had a bowl of applesauce and tater tots and was "mmmmmm"-ing the whole time. The service was also amazing. Our waitress checked in often and was so kind. We can't wait to go back!

We moved here from SAN Diego 2 years ago and have been trying new places to eat. Mugsy's turned out to be a great experience, wonderful staff, excellent service and the food was awesome. We will definitely be back!!
We have been a couple of times now. We tried the taco salad, burgers, fish fry, grilled fish and patty melt. It all was very very good!

My family stopped in on our yearly adventure. We picked this place specifically for outside dining due to our new dog. The staff was cheerful and accommodating. The place was empty and they would have made special acceptance for my new chihuahua but, seeing as it was a beautiful day, we made use of their outdoor dining area. One of the picnic tables was past it's life and made for a bumpy start but the rest of the experience was mostly wonderful. Pretzel sticks were ok 6/10 The fries were great. 7/10. Onion rings were huge and crispy 7/10 The burger was thick, juicy and delicious. A solid 7/10 The Reuben was SO close to perfection. The meat was thick cut and tender but a bit too fatty for me. 8/10 Grilled cheese was underdone 5/10
Having animals welcomed was the highpoint but the general experience was, overall, just incredible. Thank you all so much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I would drive 2 hours just to get this food. My friend and I both got Mugsy Plates and closed out with funnel cake fries. Holy goodness they were good and the service hit the spot. Get away and find a little piece of heaven. You will thank me.
This place is absolutely a hidden gem! Family owned and operated, so you know everybody cares about you and your enjoyment. The quality of food, the menu selections, and a huge one for me, what you get for your money. I had an amazing burger with bacon (duh), plenty of cheese, fresh veggies, and lots of every thing making this a fantastic value at only & $10.60. Make the drive and support such a great local restaurant, you won't be sorry!
This time, we ordered for pickup. We both got fish fries. The best around, sides were also great. The size of their fish is unbelievable 😳 I had 3 servings from my piece. My husband twice. We've also gone for dine in. Never an issue. If they have their Asparagus Seafood soup you won't be disappointed 😋

We had a Valentine's dinner at Mugsie's. Enjoyed scallops and shrimp Alfredo special, a side salad with Italian and blue cheese crumbles, and a bloody Mary cocktail 🍸. All was served quickly and the meal was amazing. I had a lot left for a doggie bag. Very plentiful portions. My husband tried the whiskey beef tips on mashed potatoes with gravy. Also very delicious. This restaurant is very spacious with a bar side and a dining area with booths on the other side. The wait staff are very professional. A large offering of all kinds of foods and specials on a large chalkboard. It was hopping all night. Absolutely love this place!
We came in on a friend's recommendation for the prime rib. The meat was lovely tender juicy and one of the best prime ribs we've had in ages. I got a Rohrbach ale with an iced mug and it was all good. Reasonable prices and super friendly owner. Half hometown diner half edgy little bar. Give this joint a stop by!
Great food and service, will definitely be going back. I had the Angry Burger, my wife had the Pulled Pork Mac-n-Cheese. We also had an appetizer of Hot Country Sweet Chicken wings. Everything was delicious
Love the food here so much to choose from. Potatoe kegs were so good. My grandson ate them right up. The service is exceptional they are so nice. Check them out.

If you're headed to Other Half for a flight of beer and get hungry, just walk on over to Mugsy's for one of the largest burger you'll ever have. Seriously, their burger patties are ginormous. You won't even need the tater tots or macaroni salad on the side. Don't wear your best clothes because it'll get really messy. Delicious, but messy.
Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is always good too. Wings are actually cooked properly and are nice and crispy and juicy. Definitely recommend trying Mugsy's out
Loved this place!!! We sat at the bar. The Cajun dry rubbed wings knocked it out of the park!! And some of the friendliest people around. Jarrett and Brian are the best!!!

New place in Bloomfield, opened about a week ago! My daughter wanted to check it out, and for a family owned restaurant, they didn't disappoint! Fries were crispy, my daughter loved her chicken Caesar wrap, and I had the Mac Attavk burger. Their burgers are huge. 12 oz parties for all! The Mac Attack was a 12 oz burger topped with bacon, Mac and cheese and cheese sauce. Standard trimmings. Pretty impressive!
