Great food, owners are very nice. I usually find egg rolls pretty hit or miss but these were wonderful, the spring rolls are also very good but I think I prefer the egg rolls. Veg fried rice is tasty and a small is pretty reasonable size for one person. Prices are also unbeatable. Not as many vegetarian options but quality is quite good. I had a good amount of veggies compared to the fries rice in my meal. Pickup was the fastest I've ever had my food and was out the door of any place, my meal was ready and all I needed was a phone number and I was free to grab my sauces and head out.

I’m giving China Star 5 stars based on similar Chinese Take Out. We have been ordering meals from China Star for several years now. I can honestly say that the food was always fresh, tasty and delicious. It should be noted that the fried rice is a little different from other Chinese Take Out Chinese Restaurants in that it’s a darker color, brownish rather than yellowish, however, it tastes amazing. The Orange Chicken comes in a choice of spicy or mild. You can tell by the crunch of the chicken that it’s prepared fresh. In all the times we’ve ordered and eaten from China Star, the food was always fresh, hot and tasty from our experience. We will continue to bring our business here because the food is so incredibly delicious and fresh. The owners/employees were always courteous, friendly, cheerful, helpful and always made you feel welcome and special for bringing your business to them. I would also like to add that their hours of operation are one of the most hospitable in the restaurant industry in our area. You’ll find them open when many places are closed. They even stay open for some holidays, making it very convenient if you have unexpected visitors. You’ll never have to be worry about if the food will be delicious, because it appears that they maintain their high quality dishes on an extremely consistent basis. Prices are reasonable and the food is outstanding.

My family has been ordering from them for years, and it is the best chinese food I have ever had. I especially love their lo main & shrimp fried rice! The people are super nice and the food comes very quickly. Every time it’s correct, fresh, and delicious! Definitely recommend!
We had relatives stay overnight. We ordered Our food and it was absolutely fabulous. Food was fresh, tasty, and the portions? Incredible! I always order from here for myself but wow, so impressed with their food last night. I’ve also been there in person, it is clean, and the people are lovely. I really like this store, their product, and the cleanliness of everything.I also want to give a thumbs up to the wonderful staff him to the owners. Fabulous food!
Always delicious.. so cute to see their children have grown so much. I remember them so much smaller.. Anyway, it feels good to support a small family owned business. That's what America is all about. Fresh tasting quality food!
I ordered the chicken lo mein, beef and broccoli, and some pot stickers. Everything turned out tasty. Exactly what I was expecting in my food. It took an hour from order time to get to my door step but wasnt expecting anything different. It is safe to say that this place earned a return customer
The entree is absolutely delicious. The fried rice was a bit bland, but that varies on personal preference.
My entre dish was half filled with rice cake noodles, I will not be going back.
5 stars on flavor, just leaving this review to remind myself to not return.

I'm in total displelief of the negative reviews here, the fried rice is very lightly sauced is why I like in it so much, the meat helpings are huge and the shrimp are jumbo even in the rice! Been going for years and always consistent. Well done
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I must say it was sooooooooooo delicious. My food was delivered extremely fast and all my food was very hot and fresh. Not to mention the friendly and patient customer service. This will be my go-to Chinese restaurant when I'm ordering out at work.
The best Chinese food around, I drive from Addison to pick up from China star, food is always tasty and fresh, owners are always so kind, and the best crab rangoons probably in Illinois, are here!
I've been ordering here for 2 years, I normally use grub hub but today I ordered by phone. This place is awesome. The best Chinese food in the burbs by far. Just like most places I've had my hits and misses with them on some of their menu items but their food overall is so good! I love this place so much.
