Ordered the Med Salad with Grilled Chicken, but without the feta and black olives. The salad was pretty good overall, but the yogurt dressing had a very bold flavor compared to the other ingredients. Halfway through eating it, I realized that the only flavors I could taste were the dressing and, occasionally, the onions. The flavors would've probably been more diverse if I left the feta and black olives in, but I'm not a huge fan of either.
Also, I've tried the cheesy garlic bread and one of their pasta dishes (can't remember which one) before, and they were both very good.
Good food but everything was served to us in to-go bowls when we dined in, seemed weird.

From the minute we walked in the door and were warmly welcomed to the moment we were graciously thanked for coming in as we left it was one of our best experiences in all of our years visiting Noodles and Company. General Manager Danny Ortiz was exemplary in every way possible!! He greeted us when we first walked in the door, he helped us with our order and made some really good suggestions!!, he made sure our food was prepared perfectly and he checked on us during the meal to make sure we were all doing well and our meal was good. The service was above and beyond what is normally decent service! We already liked the company but tonight's experience made us feel better and even more at home! I highly recommend this establishment, as a company overall, and this particular location!! We will definitely be returning!!

You need to get the spicy korean beef noodles — unless you are someone who can’t take a little bit of heat
I only bought a drink. But service was great and nice and big place.
When it first opened they didn't have the taste I tried at another location but now it's good I recommend the pa Thai with chicken
This place is really nice! I went here a while ago and the food is amazing for fast food standards. Although the containers they use are impossible to open sometimes... I'd suggest it of you are in the mood of noodles, or want a nice place to just sit and eat (unless there's a lot of people there) I've gotten all dine-in, take out, and delivery, they do it pretty fast for the first two, but the last one will take a bit depending on who's working so it's not always the most reliable but you don't have to wait half a year LIKE SOME OTHER PLACES! Oh! If your vegan, on a diet, or just like very specific orders, this is your place. They have like, 1000 specifics that you can ask or remove, it's great. Anyway, 5/5 I go there often
We have done dine-in and pick-up at this location and, after quite a few visits, all of them have been great!
Eating in has always been an easy and smooth process. The staff is pleasant, and the food is prepared quickly.
We pick-up pretty often, and it’s SO refreshing to have the order ready on time and accurate. Today, I put in a four person order with a ton of extras, and not only was it was ready before our confirmation time, everything was right!

What customer service at this location! A series of events happened with a 3rd party Google delivery service. I won't get into the dirty details because that's not what matters here. What matters is that noodles and company Bloomingdale staff more than corrected a horrible delivery driver and made me a new order. Had it to me in a timely manner. Threw in some extra treats and a super sweet note. Hands down best customer service I have had in a LONG time. I will be back many times to come !
I ordered online on 10/19/21, and something went wrong with the order. The protein was missing on two of my dishes, so I called l the restaurant and spoke to the General Manager, Danny Ortiz. I requested to remake two dishes and the General Manger went out of his way to make sure I happy with my meal. Mr. Danny Ortiz, I appreciate your amazing customer service!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I used to love Noodles and Co. But lately their changes have just seemed cheap. They don't bring you silverware, or bus the tables anymore. They want you to scrape your own plates and separate your own dishes when you're done. They also took small things away, like salt shakers. Now they have little packets. This has really just ruined the feel of the place for me. The food is still good, I just liked going here for more of a nicer place than the usual fast food.
