Love this place! The food is excellent and prices are not ridiculous compared to other places in town which are basically fast food quality. The food here is always hot and fresh. The owners are the sweetest people as well. Never had a bad experience here. We dine in and pick-up and service for both has always been great!
Best Chinese food in the Bloomington Normal area. Pretty healthy, affordable, not over-seasoned, and always fresh and hot. If you have mods to your order, they'll do it.
Kevin and Sue are great people, I've been coming to this place for over 20 years, and have never had one complaint.
There are even days when I'm out of town that I wish I could have this food. Nothing quite like it.
You have to call to place your order, and then you can pick it up inside or curbside or get delivery. Pick up was super fast over the lunch hour, right at 15 minutes (I can walk there from our downtown Bloomington office) So much food for the price, and the quality is top notch! The beef with broccoli was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly and the amount of sauce was just right. Comes with white rice, but you can sub for fried rice with a small fee. It came in the perfect sized container which is microwaveable so if you only want to eat half and save the other half for another lunch day, you're already good to go! The egg roll was the perfect complement and it came with all of the sauces: soy, sweet sour and spicy mustard. I understand now why everyone else in my office is obsessed and goes there regularly. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu!

Stopped here on the way home. Wish I had know about this restaurant sooner. First impression as I walked in is that it is a well kept, clean, inviting place to dine and/or carryout. The lady who took my order was very nice. My order came out quickly and as my husband said as I handed him the bag, very hot. The food was tasty. I had the cashew chicken. My husband had green peppers and beef. We both had an eggroll. I would recommend this restaurant.
I remember coming here 30 odd years ago and the food is just as good as I remembered it. The basic meals (around 5 to 6 dollars)are filling and large but you can basicly super size of with a soup, egg roll, wonton and crab rangoon for an extra 4 dollars. That means for about 10 bucks you get a giant amount of food. I grabbed the wonton soup to start which was full of delicious wontons. I subbed fried rice for the white which was an excellent choice. My beef and mushrooms was incredible. The shrimp and broccoli was even better. I highly suggest the food here as it's incredible. Now the location for eat in has a kind of downfall. I remember it differently back in the day fully decorated and exquisite. Now it's similar to a cafeteria with cheap tables and generic cafeteria chairs. A little decor on the walls but no major ambiance (hince the 4 stars). Grab this place for carry out or get it delivered. It is way better than the local China Star or Panda express and a much better value.

I am usually not a huge fan of Chinese food but we get it occasionally because it’s my fiancé’s favorite. I got the mild general tsos chicken with pork fried rice, egg rolls and crab rangoons. There was nothing leftover. The food was delicious. Very reasonably priced, wish there was a bit more chicken. Staff was fast and friendly. This is my new favorite Chinese restaurant!
I have eaten there many times over the last 10 years. The service has always been quick. The food has always been hot and excellent. Absolutely no complaints at all. Favorite Chinese restaurant in the Tri-County area!
Staff friendly. Price was very reasonable. They were able to make adjustments to how they made my food and not use ingredients I'm allergic to. Portion size was reasonable. I had enough to eat but no leftovers. So if you are a big eater or want leftovers, you will have to order more than the typical meal. Good was cooked fresh and tasted really good. No deserts. Drinks somewhat limited to choices. But the place was very clean . For some reason Google had it listed as a "Buffet". It's not , so that was disappointing. But that's a Google issue. It's a "mom and pop" kind of establishment and feel. But with that being said.

AFFORDABLE, FAST AND GREAT QUALITY FOOD! The enviroment was nice as well as the staff. I had recently purchased, beef and broccoli, garlic shrimp, sweet n sour chicken and two eggs rolls. With ALL the food i had got, it only paid 22 dollars! It was incredible and the food was amazing. I will definitely be going back and probably making this my main stay.
I’ve only been here for lunch, but it never disappoints. Great food at good prices. Very friendly staff.
