I love zoup but today was a disappointment - they gave me the wrong soup. However I went back after work and they made it right - and even upgraded me to a big bowl. I’m happy again and will definitely be back.
Great location. Fast moving line (speaking of the lunch rush) and pleasant staff. The ability to taste test any soup is just the icing on top. So many soups to choose from. They also have a good selection of sandwiches too! The half sandwich and side soup are a good combo to get the best of both worlds.
The Roasted Chicken and Kale, Chicken Pot Pie and White Bean & Turkey Sausage are the soups I have tried so far and they were all very good!. Prices are fare for quality. Ample seating is available if wanting to eat in.

Excellent Gluten free soup and salad. I had the Roast Garlic Chicken Kale Soup and my husband had the Pepper Steak soup. Wonderful portions for a great price.
I had the old fashioned chicken noodle soup, and the chicken pot pie soup. The French bread was really good. The gentleman at the counter was nice. I was even able to use a coupon for buy one get one free from signing up for their email. I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderfully delicious lunch and the staff were absolutely welcoming. I would go again for a heartbeat especially because in addition to being delicious it was inexpensive to have soup salad and veggie wrap as I did. Also, the cookies were terrific dessert. Thank you so much for being so helpful.
My first time ordering from here. Ordering process was easy and I like that unlike a certain other soup and sandwich place that I was not up-charged for changing the cheese on my sandwich. My sandwich was a good size and tasted good, but I missed that it comes toasted. I wasn't expecting a hot sandwich. I know to look next time.
Service was friendly and professional. My fav zoup was the hearty beef vegetable! The Cali Chicken sandwich was very good. The bread they use is delicious. The decor is minimal as was the seating. I would like to go back and taste all 12 varieties of zoups they offer!
It's kind of expensive but perfect for gluten free and diary free lunch, I spend $10-12 each time and always have at least 2 options. Free samples help with picking soups out. Staff is always courteous. Seating is kind of tight and it does get crowded around 12:30.
