We ordered the mushroom burger and a Salisbury steak to-go. The environment was very clean and welcoming. Hostess and bartender were extremely polite. The portions were perfect and filling. Both meals were seasoned and cooked to order. I highly recommend this place to all.

My girlfriend and I came down from Dallas to the area for a weekend and ate on the porch as our first real restaurant date night since COVID hit in March. We had a great time and everything was wonderful! Even my initial phone call to make a reservation set a courteous tone. They answered immediately and asked if we were celebrating anything in particular. We just said it was a special night for us! Our server, Ben, and assistant server, Leo, made us feel at home. The entrees - a ribeye for me and a double pork chop for her - were cooked perfectly with lots of flavor. We ended up coming back the next morning after an unfortunate experience at another restaurant (see review for Little Gretel) and brunch at Peggy's was just as great as dinner. We were amazed at how reasonable the pricing was as well, given the quality of food and service. Heck, we might come back into town another time just to visit Peggy's again. Thanks y'all! -Chris D

A truly exceptional dining experience. The atmosphere, food, and service were all first class. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Peggy's to anyone who loves a world class steak.
