Best sushi spot in Boise. Their salmon sashimi is amazing and the red flower roll is way too good! It's close to my house, so I'm in there often. The wait is a bit longer than most sushi bars, but it's worth it. She sushi chef here is a true artist.
We use to come in to eat as a family but they only offer sushi and appetizers now. The kitchen has been closed since the beginning of the year. My favorite is the baked salmon roll and my family loved the teriyaki chicken.
Delicious! Maru is my favorite sushi restaurant! I prefer to eat sushi in the restaurant. However, today I ordered it to-go and it was still fresh, flavorful, and delicious! Mike's Roll is my always go to. Today I got it with Rainbow #3. Yum!
Awesome food and service! It was pleasantly quiet for a Saturday night and all the rolls we had (kamikaze, Miyako, 911, and angel's kiss) were wonderful definitely recommended the angel's kiss roll. Best sushi I've found so far across Nampa, Boise, and Meridian.
The absolutely hands down best sushi in Boise. This small business owner takes pride in his business, and in every roll of sushi he makes. It is like food art...this is exquisite. If you have to wait a few minutes , don't be impatient. A masterpiece is not built quickly. You will not regret the trip this little shop.
