Cute place. Shares the same space as Guru Donuts in the Idanha Hotel in downtown Boise. The prices are high but fair for the trendy food. The toast is thick and bountiful so you feel you are getting your money's worth.

I cannot say enough good things about Toasted! The food was amazing, you could tell there was passion and art behind the dishes. There's real thought put into the textures, flavors, and ingredients playing together to create an awesome complex but very pleasing experience for your tastebuds. This is all supplemented by the genuine kindness brought by Brad. The atmosphere he brings to the table with Toasted is palpable! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Toasted is by far Boise’s best toast and vegan experience! The chef paid very close attention to detail and put a lot of passion and love into the dishes! The ingredients are always high quality and very fresh. The Mushroom Road Trip was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten- absolutely sensational!! If I could, I would eat there every day😋

Umami! If you don’t know what that is it’s the perfect pop for your taste buds. Brad is absolutely fantastic and amazing at creating an art piece for your palette. Don’t worry about the words vegan or gluten free or toasted. It’s a masterpiece you will get addicted and make sure you try them all even if you don’t like something in it. The combination is what makes it spectacular. Take your time eating and enjoy all the flavors. It’s not a fast sub to devour it’s a delicious treat for yourself. I’d love to eat here all day everyday! Also a great stress reliever enjoying something amazing and not a bad price for a unique and rare find! A BOISE Must try!

Every bite is a journey. Brad puts love and care into each dish. The flavors are surprising and always consistently delicious. Brad is excited to share his creations. Take his recommendations! The ambiance is a perfect fit for the casual, family-style dining experience. It's like dropping in on your dad's place for a bite. Comfy couches complete the place. Sink into one of those and wrap your lips around the Marco Polo or Idaho Tater toast. And dont forget to ask for the Easy Cheesy upgrade! Love, love, LOVE this place!

We had an overnight stop in Boise on our way home and took the opportunity to get breakfast at Toasted. We were not disappointed. My husband had the Marco Polo and I had the Obigatory Avo. Both were fantastic. Both used an imaginative combination of fresh ingredients that worked well together. The first bite was like a taste explosion in my mouth. I think we wolfed our food down in record time, it was so good. I highly recommend this place!

I love love love this spot! I had the Unpretentious Bruschetta, and it was so delicious! The owner is super nice, the space is trendy and comfortable, and the menu is seasonal, all of which is going to keep me coming back! I would definitely recommend this spot for vegans, vegetarians, environmentally-consciencious, vegan-curious, and ALL FOOD LOVERS (even omnivores!) Did I also mention the prices are super fair? Great great great great.
