We went to Red Lobster Thursday evening for my daughter’s bday. She says it’s must tradition that we celebrate there. We were graciously attended to by the Mgr and staff. Our server Khayree was absolutely amazing. I give him 10 stars. We had 5 Endless Shrimp orders. He kept coming back to make sure we got our food timely. At the end he brought out a cake 🍰 for my daughter. She was so happy. Dannette the Mgr came over and exemplified what a Mgr should be. She was so caring and asked if we were taken care of. She stood and talked to us for like 10 min. So she gets 10 stars also.

Overall good experience at this Red Lobster. The waiter was attentive and helped us return some coleslaw that just wasn't to out liking for something else we could enjoy. I asked for the steak well done but it came a little undercooked. The biscuits were delicious. The mashed potatoes were okay, baked potatoes was good. Also good was the Ice tea. (Sorry no review on any seafood but I don't like seafood and just came her to accompany family.) I will say was a bit pricey. Service for 4 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler came out to about 260$ with tip.
Those lobsters are also charging a higher wage apparently. 😆
GRAND time was had by a friend and her daughters. The server was insanely attentive and made sure the endless shrimp, seemed to NEVER end. When one plate emptied, the next plate was filled, ready and waiting.
My friend and her daughters felt more like friends than customers...Which is how it should be when you set out to enjoy a GREAT meal. The photos show some of the outstanding meals we enjoyed, but definitely do not do justice as to how awesome EVERYTHING turned out.
Consensus Advice. VISIT THE BOLINGBROOK, IL RED LOBSTER RESTAURANT. YOU WILL LOVE IT.

We came to this place hungry and tired after a visit at Shedd aquarium downtown Chicago and as ever, it was a great choice as my other half could not bear to see me so sick.
The waiter was very friendly and brought those beautiful, warm cheese biscuits he later on also replenished, besides our meals. The steak and lobster combo and steak with shrimps, rice and chips for me. Clearly I could not finish my meal and more packs to go were brought besides refillable drinks for the road.
What is not to like? That is why we keep coming back to Red lobster.
5 of us went today - our server was Q - he was awesome, had a great smile, wonderful personality and was simply a nice guy. We enjoyed delicious food, each others company and the nice atmosphere.
We each ordered the endless shrimp for $25.00 each - yummmm! There were 8 different ways you could enjoy it...my favorites were the coconut butterfly shrimp, the lemon garlic and I can't remember the 3rd kinds name, it had an awesome kick!! Go, you will truly enjoy it!
Our server Nikki was amazing, super friendly. The only issue we had was the fact we got there and literally every table was open and they still had us wait 30 minutes to be seated. Food was really good, wait staff was amazing. The host at the door was a man and could have more manners and explain why we had to wait. He seemed like he was being put out. He was the main reason they didn't get 5 stars. I posted pictures to show how empty it was and we still waited over 30 minutes to be seated.
I haven't been to a Red Lobster in quite a while. My previous visit (to a different location) had been disappointing. Tonight was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and the people were very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend the pasta with seafood and cheesecake.
Endless shrimp is back. I wasn't overly impressed with the dragon shrimp, wished they had more spice. The coconut and scampi were good as always. Our waiter "Q" was very personable and talkative. Great lunch overall. There was a good radio station on that varied decades, heard some good oldies, like New Edition! Had fun singing along with the server!
We went here when I was back in town for a graduation. Service was spot on, portions were great, biscuits amazing as always and the food was delicious. Our server, Dannette, was attentive to our needs with refills and clearing the table. Manager Ashley stopped by our table to ask if everything was to our liking. It was a nice evening out catching up with friends over an enjoyable meal and excellent service all around!
Today around 5 pm my husband and I visited this Red Lobster, not expecting much. Since las time the service was not great. But, this time we had David as our waiter, he was very calm, polite, respectful, he kept an eye out asking if all was well, if we needed anything. He was so great! I am glad David was our waiter today. If the manager of this location is reading this review, please give David our kuddos, because of him my husband and I are looking forward to returning with our family. David you left a great impression, with your calmness and attention you made our afternoon as we expected. Thank you!
