Wendy's finally has a pumpkin spicy frosty.!!! Very delicious and what us pumpkin lovers have been waiting for.
Ghost pepper sandwich and ghost pepper fries for autumn and now frosty to match. Let's see if we get something peppermint for Christmas π!!!!!
I have been living in Bolingbrook since 2003. I have been to this location many times over the years. Since all my vists, today was the first time I was felt appreciated by an employee. THANK YOU LAURA! You were amazing! I know its tough times. Thank you for being so kind.
Wow how cool. I was accidentally overcharged a couple weeks back. And I was sick not able to make it back in to explain this. And I dropped in on the way home from work starving and spoke with Laura. And she's like what do you want? I said what? She's like we'll comp your food tonight don't worry about it. And she gave me my baconator with fries and a diet for free. And it was delicious. Thank you Laura

Some of the best chill when you need something to eat on the run
It took about 10 minutes to take our order. Then another 15 minutes to receive our order of 2 single burgers and a medium fries. We had to ask for the lemonade and a cup for the soda machine we ordered. There are no instructions on how to use the soda machine really. It turns out the diet Coke was out when someone came to help me 5 minutes later. There was no indication that it was out. Now my burger and fries are cold and I don't want to wait to get another.
This particular Wendy's location just sold us 2 of their new Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburgers that had absolutely NO BACON on them. When we phoned them, their manager "Alex" was very nice and offered to replace the order the next time we go there. His outstanding customer service is why we gave them the high rating.
Wendy's is pretty amazing for a fast food place! Their burgers and fries are delicious and, their 4 for $4 Menu makes it even better. The service is mostly good, food is delivered fast and it usually isn't crowded. Five stars for me!

Ate here on Sunday after shopping Weber Rd all day. Had some coupons and I was trying to eat cheaply. Ordered the salad which was really yummy and my son was very happy with his double burger combo. Was not crowded there at all so my biggest complaint was that the tables weren't wiped down. Considering we were the only ones in the place someone should have come and wiped down the tables. I walked to 4 different before I found a semi-clean one

We arrived during the 5pm hour. There was no one in the dining area at that time (weekday), but the drive thru was really active. We ordered the 4 for $4 deal and we had our order in almost no time & fresh. Huge indoor dining area but there isn't any place to eat outside.
Fast easy in easy out drive-thru super fast service had a small problem with my taco salad but Alex the manager took care of everything thanks Alex have a great day
