Jayda was my server today and she was awesome! Attentive, sweet, and super friendly. She does an awesome job & I’m definitely going to come back just to see her!! Love this place:)
Always has great staff and delicious food! I visit Troy's Diner every time I go to Boone. They have the best fried flounder and I love the lighter side menu. It's nice to have a delicious meal without a lot of leftovers when you stay at a hotel on vacation. The price is right for the serving size too! I have been recommending friends to go for years!
1st time visitors. Breakfast was fantastic. Fast friendly service, Carly was very pleasant and we were very pleased with her service.
I had the Breakfast special. 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, grits and toast. My wife had a waffle with bacon. Food was great. Reasonably priced also.
I'd recommend. We'll be back.
Visited for the first time with my grandparents this afternoon, it was very busy but for good reason! The staff worked like a well oiled machine, once we were seated we had drinks within a few minutes! The prices were very reasonable, and my grandfather received a MASSIVE plate of French toast! Very much worth your time and money to stop in!
Honestly was surprised at how good the prices were. Zach’s immediate response of burgers being the best thing was spot on. BBQ burger and JB burger were the bomb. A half pound was more than enough! Only waited a few minutes but well worth the wait. Music was a bit loud, though they played some oldies but goodies.

Had to wait outside because they were so busy but still got out party of 9 seated quickly. Menu has a great selection and prices are very good. Server was informative and friendly. Food did take a while to come out but it was well worth it! Kids ordered milkshakes until the food was ready and they are humongous with a cherry on top.
They did forgot our appetizers and brought them out with our food.
Everything was so hot and fresh and our drinks stayed filled the whole time. We always visit for tubing at Hawksnest but I think we found our new restaurant to stop at! Can't wait to come back.
Just WOW!! Delicious, love the decor and staff super. Food was delicious. Would definitely go back!! Price was right too! Almost ordered dessert..but too full!
Took my cousin when he was in town, and we completely fell in love and enjoyed the atmosphere and our meal! We definitely will be coming back.
We spent the day in the area close to this diner & decided to try it out for the first time. Really welcoming staff & atmosphere. Our food was really good! I will definitely be back & would recommend checking them out!

Perfect spot for a delicious, quick lunch. Service was attentive and efficient. The place was crowded and remained so, despite the traditional lunch hours having already passed, indicating the well-earned popularity of Troy's. I was impressed that all of my side-dishes tasted home-made and came out piping hot; items were made to order, unlike many restaurants that now just thaw and microwave the meals they serve. Special kudos for the macaroni and cheese along with a very fresh biscuit to accompany my lunch plate. All of the staff were warmly welcoming and polite, and they genuinely seemed grateful for my patronage. A return visit is in order soon.
Wow. That was a great experience. Such a cute diner and lots of fun food options (the biscuits are delightful). Our server, Mecca, was the best server we’ve ever had. Instead of asking if we needed anything (which puts the pressure on us to think through what we might want), she offered to get us things that would complement our meal (“Would you like more gravy on your biscuits?” “Any sauces for your fries?”). She was so helpful and smiley but also gave us time to enjoy our meal. Give Mecca a raise!! She helped us have a great time. Would definitely recommend Troy’s 105.
Pass by every time we vacation here and decided to give it a try.

Burgers are awesome, full of flavor.
Onion rings and fries are both fantastic, probably the best onion rings I've ever had.
Milkshakes are smooth and creamy.
Everything is reasonably priced.
They were slammed packed busy, but me and the wife were able to get to the bar and skip the wait.
Service was great, took care of us quickly and everything was done correctly, food came out surprisingly fast considering how busy they were.
10/10 would recommend
Troy's is the best! Especially conner. Quick service, great food, and a super cool atmosphere. Oh and the prices are amazing. Breakfast is served all day long. Best milkshakes in Boone.
We loved this place. Excellent all the way around!! I had the meatloaf my husband had the country fried chicken We loved it. Excellent prices large portions. Well worth it!! Home cooked food. Will definitely return!!
Great place to eat. Very nice people. Great service. Delicious food. Really like the outside and inside look of the diner. Really like the floor and the pictures of Elvis on the wall. The late night and mama Lu are delicious to eat. Stays very busy with a long line out the door to go in. Great location
We had a great experience! Four of us ate some tasty food and had a great time. We were served by Hunter who was an excellent server. I asked for extra pickles and when (very kindly) told there weren’t pickles on the burger and then said I no longer wanted them, he still brought a side of pickles, just in case. He was attentive and very kind! Will definitely be coming back and recommending this place!
This is the place to go if you want breakfast or lunch. I take my out of state family here every time they visit. The environment is so unique and perfect 🥰
